It's a cartoon, the skin colour is obviously exaggerated, but it's supposed to be olive-like. As for the freckles, they're -painted on, like the hair colour- 100% real and genuine, like it would be for any pure bred Dutch woman. Where on Earth did you get the idea she's Japanese from? Smh my head.
