Neighbor bought certified pre-owned car, end up in hospital couple of times with breeding problems, asthma and bronchitis, car was full of mold under dash, carpet etc, explained why windshield was always fogging, find out in the end that car was in the flood.
Don’t forget to check the transmission in differentials for water The vent tubes on some vehicles set pretty low.
Good practice to change all the fluids out on any used car you get.
You're both a credit to your upbringing you don't swear or lose your head's your parents must be very proud.
Keep loving life. Kenny from London
Winners never quit and you guys are Winners, well done.
Keep buying cars at this rate and your have a different one for every day of the year soon 😂, they all look great 👍🏻 but fingers crossed 🤞 they all run and work great too 👌🏻.
That explorer is going to be good to go. Change the oil call it a day.
You guys must check the air filter for water before starting a flooded car. If it has water in cylinders you could hydro lock it and bend conrods
My first thought was check the Air Filter and the Intake Lines.
It’s incredible that they can make a good living getting these flood cars back on the road and sold. They’ve been doing it for quite a few years and are clearly very experienced regarding all the water related risks…
The blown fuses are seldom the actual "problem" but more a protection to keep thing from getting catastrophic . Awesome series none the less, flood cars fascinate me for some reason .
Great Job guys I wish I was always this lucky. 6 for 6 is great!!! This is why I only fix floods.
Everybody !!!! This show is better than all your gas monkeys etc etc , an honest Uber interesting car show that can educate us all on how these guys do such a great job ! And the guys are a like able engaging duo with natural TV presence ! Plus they bring you along on this ride of gambling and risk !! Brilliant TV
My favorite optimistic pair of brother. Just going by gut feeling. Very entertaining. Like collecting stray dogs. Audi you guys are looking for trouble. Keep smiling
awesome buys. low miles, starts, late models. smells like good profits.
Another Great video. I agree Lucky Brothers but hey you both are having fun and you love what you are doing. Wow, 5 out of 5 what a Home Run. Keep up the good work. Thumbs Up !!!!
Bravo to you guys for giving us the price of the car. So many of the auction rebuilders on youtube never state the price the paid.
I noticed they are only getting charged dealer fees. Public bidders pay way more. For example the $9,500 will more like $13,400🥵
@@jaurequi25 Yes, you are right. Hey Niko brothers please give us the out the door price that includes your bid price, fees, taxes, etc. Would be much more helpful for your viewers to judge good deal or bad deal.
@@thingamajig6542 guys, check one more time. Michael said the prices are included all fees
@@JohnYuzzz I hope when they sell the car they give a screen shot of an itemized list of all the cost for each car including taxes, title transfer, shipping, hours that they worked on the car (give a rate for their time), etc. Then we can tell if it was really worth the effort or not, which is a large part of the fun watching these types of vids. For example he does say "I think it was" for the fees on the VW, but that leaves uncertainty in my mind because maybe he does not remember correctly.
The “Lucky Brothers”?
As my Uncle use to say, “The harder you work, the luckier you’ll get”
These boys are hard workers and deserve everything that comes their way.
Congrats on all the start ups boys.
Cheers from Oz 🍻
I like the flood car series, will be tuning in all the way till you sell them. Pretty cool
Wow this is the best so far great to see them all start can wait to see more.
Awesome Rescues..
So exciting to see them start and water shooting out exhaust . see some unhappy comments about flood vehicles . clean them fix codes and disclose to buyer as is , had a friend by one from a dealer that was disclosed and he put over 100000 miles on it for a very low price . keep up the good work , you take a chance and so does the buyer , too bad for the haters
It's all fair if Dealer states they are Flooded Vehicles for sale.
People can be SO HATEFUL!! No reason to be mean and nasty!!
Makes no sense to pay retail for a car that depreciate. All but one car have been from the auction and all have been good to me🙏
Audi convertible. The body control module is under the driver's side carpet. You can buy them used, but strongly suggest it be moved to the upper driver's side kick panel.
I think a lot of people screwed over the insurance companies to get a new car... LOL the flood was the ideal excuse!
I was about to say that too. The only thing some of these cars smell like is an insurance scam.
That is what is wrong with this country everybody's in the insurance scammer mode it cost us more taxes it cost us more on our vehicles it cost us more all the way around this whole world is a greedy disgusting piece of s*** and 99% of them weren't even born in America Mexico game over and destroyed the country with George Bush and Donald Trump
Maybe we should just keep inviting India Kabul Afghanistan hand them some gas stations give them free cars free housing and put more Americans on the street like this country has been doing for years they don't seem to understand it's not working it's just caused more heartache more Wars more fights
Now the work begins. Good pickin 6 for 6. I'll take those odds in Vegas
Good video didn't know removing the spark plugs on a flooded car helps new learn this guys doin good job
wooo, that explorer was exciting. awesome.
Very interesting and informative, thanks for sharing this video.
Love the flooded cars good buys and you know what to look for..
some are a gamble but we like a challenge
My only experience with a flood car was the one I bought for parts because it was cheaper than buying all the body panels I needed (it was also the same color, which was nice) - but the amount of mud and debris I found inside the body when I cut the panels off was enough to permanently put me off ever getting a flood car for long-term use.
Flee! From Flooded cars my experience was so painful and it cost me Thousands at the end the car was destroyed
@@primeleverage2266 what car did you buy
@@primeleverage2266 what car?!
Good role of the dice, six for six start ups. Good eye for flood cars. Hope every works for the best.
Guys, one thing you do that bugs me. Turn these engines over by hand before you try and crank them. If they do have a cylinder full of water and the engine is cranked you could bend rods. If it's free to turn through two complete turns ( 4 cycle engine ) and there's no water in the intake then it's clear to try and spin with the starter. And as others have commented, check the trans and diff as well as brake and PS fluids. Then put a few miles on them and check for foam again.
Just an FYI, years ago flood cars often had the fluids changed at the yard. But, if they did not start them and drive them, then water in all the odd places might not have been flushed out. A few miles will circulate fluids and then the next fluid change will get most of the remaining water out.
They will figure it out after some damage. The YT income will pay for these
They aren’t the brightest. Channel came up at random, not watching more.
Be loosing fans after seeing these ... it's the cringy used car sales man... starts right up guys...
Thank goodness for people like you @Bob Mazzi that is kind enough to offer your expert advice allowing them to make better decisions when they purchase and/or repair these vehicles 🙂🙂🙂...life is a learning journey...
@@robertmccall8666 I think your comment is a bit rude, they did explain that this was something new they are doing so there are things to learn about as they progress along. You act like this is their sole purpose all along and they are just shady characters, and I don't think that's the case here so I think your comment is unwarranted.
Yeah great news thanks for the update see you next time
I just wanted to say how much I enjoyall of your videos. You both seem to great brothers, working so will together. Refreshing. It would
Be nicer see a video on how you got started. What happens to the vehicles you restore?
You guys are so lucky ,dont be put of by the steam from exhaust it will take alot of drying out and some high speed runs.
Lucky Brothers you have done something totally different by buying flooded cars. And you got lucky with 6 out of 6 GREAT JOB
Filling up every sqf at the shop keep em flowing in that's awesome
You guys got some good cars there, the Audi is a sweet car, well done, really enjoy your channel
Its Good To see that that the cars are doing fine.
Congratulations, 6 easy fixes. I have a Passat very similar year and configuration to that CC and it's a really great car for that price (People in US think that it's an small engine but mine is 1.4TSI and it's almost 300000km).
Well done great purchases
great to see these cars are going to have a second chance and not go to waste.you lads did great at the auctions and super good deals :-) SCORE!! LOVE THE AUDI :-) great channel from UK subscriber, thanks for great content as always!!!! happy days 😃
Excellent findings. Need to try such cars.
Great job guys! Love that Explorer Sport.
White smoke 💨 is good 🤔 means we have a new Pope 😂
Wow 🤩🤩🤗
🤣🤣🤣
Rolmao
Really amazing those cars start still😄👍
Well done guys1
Great invested money
Looks Fun
I did say I personally wouldn't want a previously flood damaged car. However if you take them apart and check all the modules and replace what's needed then you should be OK. As you say you are taking a risk with any purchase from Copart but flood damaged vehicles are perhaps a higher risk . Great to see they all started, I would always expect a Toyota to start I did think the Ford might be a problem but that was just a feeling ! Great video Brothers and just keep going with these vehicles, good luck. 👍👍
God clearly blessing you, keep it up!
Thank you so much!
Enjoy the ride!!
Guys looks to be some really great deals im impressed
Wow that Explorer sounds aweful! I don't know how long that one will last. LIke others say, change ALL of the fluids on all of them. Also, since the auctions (sellers) try to clean up the interiors, a good place to look is the seat belts. Pull them out and look for debris, water stains, etc. No one ever cleans the seatbelts.
Looking forward next video on that black 4x4 👍👍👍
excellent learning channel, thanks for sharing your expertise.
Finding a insurance company willing to except a flooded car must be fun.
Insurance company doesn’t care if car was flooded or salvaged unless it’s a Mickey Mouse insurance. It’s required to be inspected by rebuild certified mechanic, with state inspections to certify safe and road worthy.
I am on my 35th salvage / flood rebuilds and never had problem getting full coverage insurance.
Its great you guys got a Steel with these cars you guys are awsome keep on buying great cars like that 🔥
Locked up Motors remove all spark plugs to see if water is in the cylinders it will pump out
Loving the flood damage videos guys, really happy for you that its working out.
Looks like you need a bigger workshop. Running out of space. The flooded vehicle's sure look like quick sellers. Great show. Regards
The sec you started that VW I knew someone stole the converter
Of course you teller future buyer their purchasing a Flooded vehicle...... another Honest Dealer
I get so much enjouymet from your videos keep up the great work 👌
Way cool !!! Ian still trying to get a flood car newer then what i drive and less miles .
awesome scores!
Guys, when pumping out the cylinders on a petrol, you should really pull the fuel pump fuse first - all it takes on one spark on that fuel injected mist coming out of the spark plug holes. Also, as other have said, if I am looking at a "flooded" car, the first thing to do before trying to start is pull the plugs, open the air filter to check for water and spin it over. If water is in the cylinders, even turning over on the starter can do damage internally. But overall you guys hit the jackpot on these.
Great video guys
hey..we want to see every single car repaired and on the road again.....😃😃✌✌
All those cars except CC came from New Jersey I can tell by the NJ inspection sticker on the front windshield and lot of cars didn’t even get flooded or barely got flooded and people reported to their insurance company just to get out of the car for example my next door neighbor reported his car to her insurance and her car wasn’t even flooded, water only got to the undercarriage and she took the Garden hose put some water in exhaust and called insurance company just because she wanted to get out of the car her payment was too high
Wow and wow 6 for 6 now the dry out✌🏽
You go Guys luck is on your side!!!!!
Guys ive gotta be honest , I love every video you guys do, im always looking for the very next one , thanks for great content
Thanks for watching!
I can see the smile on your face 🥳👍🇬🇧👍
Great content men!
Your face always have this permanent smile😀
He lifted his elbow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
tnx for the video
Copart must have spent a hundred grand in on air fresheners every car has those dash vent air freshener!!!!!
Lucky brother’s
SC is the perfect state for these. Salvage title means nothing.. I can and have purchased cars from copart, gone to DMV gotten plates and then back to copart to drive it home. lol
Super Good Job 💯 💥 👍 👌 👏
What can we say.Nice one again Lads.
Niko brothers ❌ lucky niko brothers ✅
Great video guys. You are surely risk takers with these flood victims lol. Good luck. Love the Chanel
We need more content like this...
Great video and congratulations on your purchase (lucky brother's) lol 👍
Nice!
EXCELLENT
One of the biggest problems I found helping rebuild water damage cars.
Ground wires for the wiring harness will get corroded.
All cars have several GM are specifically bad about ABS problems from simple ground wires needing to be cleaned
Remember to check the oil after running the engines because the water will separate to the bottom. After running is when you will see milkshake on the stick!
Great content
Thats freeking awesome
All New Jersey flood cars. We got hammered with the storm.
I see these are all NJ cars. Flooding was all from rain.
Fantastic
I want to buy some flooded ford Bronco but don't know what I'm doing but love the adventure.
I thought the Explorer was trash. The only thing that worries me is. Smoke it's lingering. It's not like steam. It's like a head gasket.
You guys are lucky ! ( up to now ) love your chanel.
Thank you for sharing, you were lucky hehehe LOL.... Personally I love te Audi what amazing car!!
Great purchase brother youall show to flip cars in flood or rebuild l love it brother from trinidad
if there is water inside your air filter, it will get sucks up into your pistons, and could cause them to bent.
little heads up.
Like you said flood cars are a risk but it looks like you might have got lucky! Looking forward to seeing how these cars get back on the road!
