    Sleep is so important. Good for brain health too. As I get older I wake up earlier and enjoy the morning, so need to get to sleep earlier. My kids are college age and night owls so it can be hard for me to have the quiet and settled environment I need for my rest. I try to practice letting go and focus on my health. Thank you for posting.

      I hear you, Barbara. Since our son has been home from college, I don’t think either myself or my husband are sleeping as well. He’s a night owl too!
