I've just discovered your channel and subscribed. I believe God led me to you because everything that you said about wanting to retire resonates with me...i.e. I'm exhausted all the time, I'm unhappy...yada, yada...I could go on. I'm 61 and will be 62 this year, and I have this debate with myself every day, and it's even ten times worse when I'm on vacation, which I am currently on now. I have no children or husband and the biggest fear about retiring is financial...will I be able to afford it. I bought a house a couple of years ago which is another reason why I can't see myself retiring right now (I was evicted from my apartment during the pandemic for no reason, which is why I decided to buy a house, but that's another long story) because managing a home is eye-opening and expensive (this is my first home and I'm not use to being responsible for maintenance). But I just wanted to say (and I apologize for rambling) thank you for giving me some things to think about for instance mediating and taking risk. God has never left me nor forsaken me. I know with God's will for me and your encouraging words, it will work out.
