Hi Heidi
Is there a recommendation you can make for yarrow blend?
Yarrow is not one I use in teas often but I do know using too much of the greens in a tea can make it better. Best to stick with the flowers for better flavor
How do you make cold infusion? Hot water over herbs then chill?

What do you know on prunella vulgaris ( self heal)for sore throats/fever?
Not one I have studied up on but I have a video on how you can do your own research on such things: ruclips.net/video/59r48nUrC90/видео.html
Do you dry your orange mint and lemon balm
Yes, I do for use during the winter though I do not put up as much of it as I do peppermint as I prefer using both of them fresh as they are coming in. I do also dry lemon balm to add to chicken feed for the benefits though

Thank you So much. Was also thankful to hear about the lemon balm for the chickens .. win win 💜
I have a dumb question! I am new to growing elderberries. Do the flowers become the berries? Or are they separate?
Fruit almost always grows from the base of the flower
My favorite tea is one i buy premade that uses cinnamon and pepper, but I'm not sure how to diy it. Would i use cinnamon sticks and peppercorns, or would i use the ground varieties?
You can either but whole pieces means less bits in your tea
@@RainCountryHomestead thanks!!!
How long would a cold tea last in the fridge?
a few days or so
@@RainCountryHomestead thanks!
