A delightful hour, yet again, from which I learn so much. Especially when I watch while at work. I took your advice from an earlier episode and ordered the sample kit from Six Scents/Quartana. Like you, the one that I am enjoying most is Wolfsbane. Thank you for the tip. I wouldn't have known of this line otherwise.
Mild as a modifier of addiction.... that doesn’t exist in my world. 😂. Slowly but surely, I’m getting through sand enjoying your videos. I especially like your interviews. They’re excellent. The way you allow your guests talk is great.
My favourite tea from Mariage Frères is Thé des Impressionnistes (green tea with white flowers and vanilla) I also like to guess what perfume a character from a film would wear 🙂
Love tea and have so many and adore floral and perfumed ones . Indeed love floral sweets ‘ cakes and still sorely lament that the tiny Grossmiths cachet’s scented with Phul nana and Shem il nessam have long since disappeared and spent a fair bit of my teenage years hunting them down in chemists ‘ they were sold by the quarter and half ounce and very expensive but I loved them. I do have vials of both and am tempted to scent something edible with them .
Persolaise Perfumes one was pale pink and the other pale orange and highly perfumed and quite incredible’ an Aunt of mine introduced them to me and I was hooked . I mourn them still .
Dent De Lait ...I read many reviews and wasn't sure what to expect. Started with a purse spray and just ordered a full bottle! I think it is so pretty. Reminds me a little of TF Metallique but the dry down is sweeter and on my skin it is just so pretty.
Great ! Another episode of my favourite "review" series. Thanks for mentioning a tea to try. Now featuring two of my favourit things in one video ... :-)
Thanks for the heads-up about Buly and St. Giles - I'll look out for them. I do wish somewhere in the UK would do a decent sample service, cf Luckyscent and First In Fragrance. Trying to assess something on skin while perching on a bench in Knightsbridge (often under a brolly) is not ideal!
Yes, couldn't agree more about the sample service. Bloom do quite a good one, but it could be even more pro-active. I wonder if Jovoy are going to give them a run for their money. And do look out for St Giles, although I don't think it's available yet. Thanks so much for watching :-)
I love Lutens and have a few .. Ambre Sultan’ Bois de Vanille ‘ Fleur de Citronnier and Vitriol D’ Oellet but I would not like a fragrance with milk as I detest milk .
Hi bro,Super great Nr. 09 review,i do always do watch all your reviews and all are super awesome, thx and Happy Holidays from Stockholm Ps. super great Happy shirt as well
Thanks for the share bro,of course i shall watch the Nr.10 pretty soon as well, thx once again for the great video, wish you the Happiness prosperity success and all the best in life from your persian/Swedish bro:)
I forget which episode it was but I am delighted with my bottle of vera profumo kiki. Would you call this a fougère? I am not sure but thank you for the direction to such a superb perfumer.
Ah, thanks so much for letting me know. I adore Vero's work and I wish more people would take the time to discover it. Is it a fougere... hmm... well, this isn't a precise science, as you know, but I would say that its reliance on heavy, sweet-ish notes in the base makes it an oriental. You'd expect a fougere to be fresher, lighter, somewhat more invigorating. But labels don't really matter much :-)
I'm so relieved your comment didn't end there... although your other one has been separated from this one by RUclips so it's not easy to see that they're connected :-D

Great review! I love how detailed and witty you are even if these are just raw first impressions.
Looking forward to the next session.
Thank you so much. I love all the audience interaction on Facebook: that's what helps me come up with the descriptions.

Tania, I don't know that tea. I'll have to seek it out.

Also, was that KoEptYs on your display? The notes sound nice for that. Will you have a chance to sniff and report back?
Yes, that's it. The new one from Nejma. Perhaps I'll save it for the next episode...?
For the mugler that is.
Yes, perfume press releases tend to be purple in the extreme, but this one was especially... inflated ;-)
