It should have a Loop after the first drop, but don´t mind, it has a lot of radical curves and angled drops, it will be amazing and one of the tallest coasters in the world
It's the rest of the ride. This is such a step back, didn't expect them to build a coaster "as good as Fury 325" from B&M, but this feels like a rejected or lost plan before Leviathan was built which is like the B&M giga prototype and this looks seriously weak. After they go and remove Vortex too, the hell is going on with the "kings" labeled parks lately.
OneAndOnlySound I’m fed up at people disappointed or mad at a B&M GIGA. 10 feet isn’t going to make this ride not good! 15 possible seconds won’t make or break the ride! And this ride still cost the same as Fury with inflation. So we need to stop whining about a Giga.
Actually Cedar Fair got exactly what they wanted for Kings Island, if they wanted to break records they certainly could have, Kings Island is more a family park, if they want to go crazy they'd do it a few hours north.

Sexual Tyrannosaurus i just feel like we settled. I still think it’s going to be the best ride at the park, but normally kings island goes for records, (Beast, Son of Beast, Banshee) I think we all just set our hopes too high.

It looks fine. Like you're typical B&M and to be honest,Candymonium is only a hyper but looks more fun than Orion. I predict this will be the 5th best coaster to open this year behind Iron Gwazi, Pantheon, Jersey Devil, and Candymonium. Maybe even lower cuz I've heard Texas Stingray is great and Abyssus looks incredible too.
lol Orion is 100 feet taller with an 85 degree drop that turnaround is as big as candymonium plus its 20 miles faster with a wave turn. I just dont get it Candymonium doesnt even look as good as diamondback. I get Iron Gwazi and maybe pantheon or jersey devil but Orion is basically an evolved version of Candymonium I just dont understand.
Was it over on the hill at 3:12 ? I never been there I am a arrow enthusiast and I was planning on touring the us to ride every arrow ride but never made it to Kings. It's really sad that the really good rides are being torn out almost at every park.

This is simply not true, though. Staying inside was never meant to stop the virus. It was always billed as a delay. If anything, had we just thrown caution to the wind and let 2 million people die and have this virus spike, it would probably have disappeared by now. Not what I am proposing we should have done, but if the goal is just to get on Orion, that was the real way. Staying inside is potentially what keeps you off Orion for all of 2020.
Just a question: the probability of dying in a car accident is much higher than even getting the coronavirus. So are you going to avoid the car and not drive to Kings Island this summer?
My school band and chorus does a trip to Kings Island or some other place every year and we went to Kings Island last year and were supposed to go again this year but coronavirus had to go crazy so schools canceled for the rest of the year and I’m stuck in my room
They could have just not built a coaster at all, another flat in Planet Snoopy, I'm just thankful they did but nobody is ever really satisfied with any coaster.

It looks like Cedar Fair finally has this place in decent shape as an amusement park. Shows how neglected and terrible it was under Paramount. I'd say when Cedar Fair bought it in 2006 it was at least 15 years behind Cedar Point.
Kings Island was crap when I went to it last year. All the coasters except for Mystic Timbers were very rough (even Diamondback and Banshee), the atmosphere was stale, and the whole place needs a paint job. I am glad they took out XFlight and Vortex, now they just need to take out FaceOff, Bat, and Adventure Express (all of which are extremely rough and crappy rides), completely retrack Racer and Beast, repaint the Eiffel Tower, re-do the entrance gate area to something that looks nice, and then it would be a great park.
@@jeffc1347 I dont think you understand the importance the beast and race have. They are really old rides. The beast is wooden and its built the way it is on purpose. The beast is supposed to be like that. It's one of the best rollercoasters in the world and there is nothing wrong with it.

They got rid of "Vortex" and built a 0.0 B&M giga coaster design. What's a 0.0? It's like not even the 1.0 model like Leviathan, and one would've thought B&M wouldn't go backwards in giga coasters. So I guess the only good one worth anything is still going to be Fury 325 and one can just ride the way better hyper coasters in these parks. Except King's Dominion, which doesn't have a hyper coaster for some dumb reason, but has an amazing giga coaster. I guess Carowinds is the only real winner, Cedar Point has both but of course they do.

@@flamindorito No permission technically needed as the park does not own the air. The FAA does, so as long as he's flying under the rules in part 107 or under recreational exception, he's good to fly. So the park can't do anything about it.
