Thank you Dr. Sam! As far as "you can go now", not me! I'm going to hang onto every word, replay segments to make sure I'm hearing things right, and then know that I've been instructed by the best! 😁
Thanks so much for this. I just had MALS surgery 4 weeks ago. I also had surgery 6 months ago to release adhesions that were connecting my diaphragm and liver. My husband figured out that I had MALS in part by watching your videos. He educated himself and put the pieces of the puzzle together. Your videos were very helpful in that process. It took over 6 years to figure it all out and get testing and find a surgeon willing to do the surgeries. I'm just now starting to be able understand it all myself. Before now I was too ill to even begin to understand what was actually happening. This information is so helpful. I wonder if there is any data about how long a diaphragm and the related nerve cluster takes to heal. My surgeon was not forthcoming with the information since it's variable. Thanks again for this timely video.
I had a massage therapist work on my psoas muscles. It was really painful, but it helped with some hip pain I had. I didn't realize it was such a long muscle.
