I just wanted to say this is one of nicest airports ive I ever been to. Nice stores, Nice aesthetics, good staff, clean and chill vibe. Of course you don’t have much of a choice is airports but a stop at PDX will be relatively pleasant one. Excellent Plane Station.

2 years before i have been to the beautifaul city portland, and therefore entered this airport twice. when i saw the gate C12 in the video(yes, i still keep the boarding pass) , i was really so excited, thank you! and the airport map with position mark in the videos is very helpful.
Thank you for this video! So nostalgic. They really should’ve kept it this way. The new construction they did for the whole airport is so ugly and disgusting. Makes it harder and a hassle to walk all around. The new B gates are terrible and the fact that they created these new hallways are long and pointless to have to go around just to get to any of the gates. Also for the connecting flights, you have to leave security and go through it again just to go to the other side. They took out all of the good restaurants to eat at.
Bummer, sorry to hear that. Famous story - People were complaining their luggage was talking a long time, so the airport was redesigned to make people walk much farther. Not sure if it's true or not but not out of the realm of possibility.
I will be connecting through PDX to get to Eugene in a couple of weeks and have about a 2 hour layover at PDX. Do you have to leave security and go through security again to go through that terminal connector or no?
I was having so much anxiety going to PDX by myself! This was super helpful!!

Yes, it's very easy to walk. It's about ~17 minutes from end to end if you walk fast. 1 hour connection shouldn't be a problem at PDX.

Nope... you can do all of your terminal transfers airside, that is, past security.

Apparently they got rid of the connector between the concourses A/B and D/E!
