- Sometimes you gotta really window shop a lot before you buy! In this video I go over why you should be looking down the lines of waves that you’re thinking about taking off on in order to suss out whether or not you should actually take off. Not every wave is worth it. Save time, save energy, and compel yourself to have the patience and discipline to chose better waves!

This is true but it's not often it's only you out in nearly perfect waves unfortunately 😅 If it's hustly 3 other surfers will already be popping on your shoulder while you're still deciding to go or not.
Every wave was perfect

Talk about spoilt! I'd kill for a wave like that in Cornwall right now. It's as flat as a haddock's Speedos.
Haha. This is last fall. It’s been dead flat in Ny for weeks. Finally we have some shit windchop to flop about in.
Looks like you wussed out respectfully
Interesting do you think it would help the video to include the tube I was spit out of this day? To better illlustrate why it's good to give away small closeouts when there are bigger, more open tubes on offer? Or just to use a smaller closeout day to show why going on waves that aren't worth your energy is a good idea . . .
Yes, the tube would help
@@enoksrd Noted, I'll make sure that next time I post a similar kind of video to include an example of the upshot for restraint or whatever lesson I'm trying to convey. Thanks for the feedback.
