What a disaster, that man ruined her life, look how it took it's toll on her. Shame
An incredibly beautiful woman. What he didn’t talk about was their drug use and then their sons extreme problems with drug abuse when they did not seem like they were very good parents at that time. She’d go on Johnny Carson totally loaded, almost disoriented. It was funny/not funny. But in the end, Farrah dealt with her cancer and impending death with courage. Her confidentialy was violated by medical staff at the hospital where she was getting treatment Who sold her medical information to the tabloids. In response to this, while she was sick with cancer, she advocated for and pursued the passage of a law that which protects all patients’ confidentiality and put criminal consequences from hospital staff that share or sell that information. I think it’s called the Farrah Fawcett law, and it is a California State law. I thought that was really cool that she did that before she died.

Then the guy she was seeing between her two Ryan O"neal stints beat the living crap out of her and put her in hospital. I believe I read somewhere that she had a very traumatic childhood that involved sexual abuse. It is so sad. I feel as though she may not have known there better men existed. I did not know her, but I know she deserved better than what she got.

I remember watching her documentary about her cancer fight. It didn’t feel exploitative to me. It was my first glimpse into what a person goes though.

Yes. I find it hard to hear him talk about her illness and death as none of that matters to him. Only how he feels. How he was affected. She has really never been anything more than a side note to his need for sympathy. I've done a deep dive into Ryan O'neil and I feel he is the kind of guy who must be absolutely terrified to die and perhaps face an after life.
He got 18 million by selling her Andy Warhol painting. After he fought to have it, saying it reminded him of her. Such a liar.

Farrah was the it girl of the 70s all of us girls in elementary middle and high school wanted to be farrah and have that hair and that smile- her documentary was absolutely harrowing and pitiful to watch- to see this beautiful woman be so ravaged by cancer - i agree her relationship with ryan was toxic and hate that she spent so many years with him

I really feel that Ryan's sudden desire to get married had a lot to do with the will. This vid painted Ryan in a pretty good light. It is an undeserved light. Good news if he had gotten his way it would not have been legal. By the end she would have been to medicated to considered of sound mind and body. Hospitals tend to make people as comfortable as possible at the end of life stage.
Leslie was just the one he caught in bed with. She was far from the only one. He actually hit on Tatum at Farrah's funeral. Tatum had walked up to him and gave him a hug and he groped her. He had not noticed it was Tatum before doing so. Many people saw it and have talked about it publicly. Ryan has always been a horn dog. Of course this fades in comparison to his taking a gun with actual bullets and trying to shoot his son. Of course according to Ryan it was all his son's fault.

Nothing Heartbreaking about this. He was abusive, never did Right by her when she was Alive and was her downfall in her Middle-age. It was a very TOXIC Relationship. After her Death all of a Sudden he started praising her. Too Late.
What's also sad 😢but also kinda wrong was whenever Farrah was still married to Lee Major's they never got around to having any children between them but,then sometime after her affair with Ryan O'Neal they had a son out of wedlock her I've alway's felt that it was so unfair and not right that Farrah & her then husband Lee Majors didn't have children to show for their year's of marriage I think mostly due to both of their busy schedules with their career's I felt they both got cheated out of having children together but,then she hooks up with Ryan O'Neal and they had a son out of wedlock

Now what's just almost as sad 😢is the fact that Farrah died the same day as Michael Jackson died and his death ☠️ got more coverage than Farrah death ☠️ did when she's just as famous and iconic as Michael Jackson was just in a different way she was an actress and he was an musical artist/dancer they both were famous and well liked and respected Farrah should've gotten just as coverage and recognition as Michael Jackson did, I remember watching and thinking 🤔 how unfortunate and unfair it was to Farrah & her family to get overshadowed by the death ☠️ of the singing legend Michael Jackson not that he didn't deserve to receive the news coverage and attention on hearing the news of his death ☠️ I can't recall who's death ☠️ was reported first but what I do remember is the their death's we're reported the same day and people seemed more shocked upset sad over Michael Jackson death than whenever it was reported about Farrah Fawcett death ☠️
