      I don't think that that is the most advantageous attitude to have. I look at it in the way of wanting them to get to know me, let's say the version of myself that presents the best fit to their organisational culture.

    Also be prepared to not be asked any questions. I have had 2 interviews like this recently and didn't really know what to say. I'm used to people asking me questions that's why it's called an interview.

    • @DonGeorgevich
      @DonGeorgevich  5 лет назад

      if you don't ask questions, interviewers will hold that against you for lack of initiative. one way questioning is an interrogation. an interview is when two people have a conversation.

    Just want to share, Lots of persons have anxiety! And they will probably be GREAT employees. And not enough persons with neurological disorders are being hired enough and that is contributing to the homeless population. Everyone can do something, everyone can work even with a neurological disability, Or even a developmental disability. So hire more persons with disability. And they won’t become homeless! We can work too!

    I have always had a strong natural confident hand shake and I am always disappointed when I shake someones hand that is flaccid as if they need a Viagra for the hand....
    Sometimes this flaccid hand shake is presented by a manager! uhhh.... says a lot about you. I lose respect.
