I just found your channel and am your newest subscriber :) I was watching your kebab videos. How hot are you supposed to heat the grill before putting the skewers on?
This looks quite different from what I've grown up on as shirini nokhodchi / nan nokhodchi. It's supposed to be super soft and crumbly and very sensitive to the touch. But I'm sure this twist is also delicious :)
I used to be a big bikkie fan until i had to give up sugar. These look soooo yummo. Could I make them with stevia powder instead of sugar? I seem to recall that for an equal sweetness, you use less stevia than sugar by volume or weight.... (not sure about that).... if that is so, then what would I use to bulk out the dry ingredients? An extra Michelin Star for these!! AH... Just noticed Ponte Vedra's comment.... looks promising.
Another great recipe Henry. Your videos are amazing and thank you for doing this for us.
Ya gotta love Henry's big smile !!!

I made it a touch different, a bit more close to a westernized cookie :)
