I have to say, I didn't have an interest at first. Even then, I didn't claim to hate it, I just had not interest is all. But I caught the last 10 minutes of it the other night, and they pulled me into being a fan in the first 4 of the 10 minutes I saw. From the songs I didn't know, and others I did, the dancing and props, the voices being beautiful as impressions with their own dashes of love, I adored how much work was going into it. The people did great, and clearly did their research for the roles. Thank you for your video, because I thought literally everybody on the internet was gonna be mean. I plan on seeing the full thing soon. :D

Well there was The Sponge That Could Fly and Atlantis Squarepantis, so I think SpongeBob has them beat.

sparky boom boom boi there was a adaptation of Sponge Who Could Fly as a musical and by looking at it, it looks like little to no heart was put into it compared to the broadway show
I was pleasantly surprised. I haven't seen it. I haven't even heard the soundtrack that much. I just absolutely love the costumes and stuff in this. Like, it would've been so easy to just get a bunch of recognizable names and dress them up like the animal characters. However, they truly found people who embody the characters. Like, you can tell who is who without them explicitly spelling it out for you. I think that's perfect.

When I first heard of this, I kinda got creep out by the damn laugh in the trailer. Never follow it sense then but I guess it turn out a lot better then it is.

P.S. I died laughing at the part where you went, "Down here in the deep blue sea," as a twerking Spongebob showed up onscreen. I'm not 100% sure why, but for some reason that just made my lungs get close to collapsing! :'D

A friend of mine showed me the boot leg and while I might not be able to see it live for a LOOOOONG time,
I do think the show I saw was great. I did have some issues here and there yeah but for a musical based on spongebob, it was pretty freakin good. Honestly though ya could’ve cut the plankton subplot our and NOTHING would’ve changed at all. Also dolphin noise censors....that is all.
