Hello I passed my G test today this is the exact route.I practiced a lot in this route thank you so much Toronto Diaries.I was quite nervous as the 40km roads are all snow piled up in the curb so I had to reduce to 38-37 and also i did my test at 2:30 so lot of buses n school time.on top of that sun was hitting right on my face But I am happy the examiner was so polite forgot his name but he is a young man.in fact I asked him if it’s ok I took over the face mask as I was wearing my glasses he said “yes I want you to see properly “ 😅

@@torontodiaries unfortunately i failed Test and route was easy . the instructor took me on a different route , Insteat of going right she took me on the left . You know when we leave the plaza, I made first mistake there and i was too much on the left side which was not good for the oncoming traffic . I also intended to turn on green when the advance turned off i shouldve waited on green signals . I rebooked my test in January and hoping to clear this time This time i decided to go with the instructor to keep my morals high rather than going with my husband and baby . 😂 But your attempt of making this video is too good . Thanks and wish me luck!

I have seen examiners passing people even with a few mistakes. I will be uploading that video on Thursday. Do watch that route once.
Hey, great video, watching a latest one helps. Do we need to keep our blind spot, lane assist etc sensors off for the test or they can be on as default ?
They can be on the default setting, like you need to look back in place of just looking at the back camera. Similarly, you need to manually check blind spots by turning your neck around 90 degrees.

@@torontodiaries Thanks, buddy! Unfortunately, I couldn't clear it due to observational mistakes, and the major one was I drove on 50 in a school zone. I also did some practice before my actual test but looks like I need to spend more time on my observation. The driving test was approx 20-25 mins and the instructor was very courteous. She even told me the areas I need to work on. Getting a date in Orangeville is pretty difficult as my next one is on Jan 16th.
@@khoaimioi: No. So I didn't join the route from 12:42 to the left. Instead, I came straight from the parallel road which is 50km and completely missed the signboard at 13:57. It's a tricky point since the 40 km is mentioned in a tiny space.

Hi, I have g2 that expired few months ago but is still valid till 31st December 2022 . So can I take G2 Test(g1 exit test) again to extend the validity for another 5 years? or should I take G test only? So what happens if my license expires by the end of this month? I have read that you have to start all over again, but should we have to wait for 12 months to give the road test again? That doesn't seem fair.
Your g2 will be valid till Dec 31, 22 but in any case, you have to start from scratch I mean even if you take G2 or G and fail. My advice, take G. For your second question, Once getting G1, you can go immediately for G2 test. Good luck
You'll have to take the highway twice with 2 different routes. So I would suggest going and taking practice 2-3 times as the conditions might change in snow. Also, do not book anything after 1 pm as the city gets pretty crowded.
Why are you titling your video in English if the video is not in English! When we open the video after reading the English title viewers expect the video to be in English. Title your video in the same language of the video or mention the language in brackets or give subtitles in English if you really want to title it in English. This will help you to get less dislikes.

@@Travelandfood- hey man. Yep it was exactly the same as this. If not for this video I likely would have failed. I was a 'close' pass i think haha...and knowing where the yield and school signs were and murmuring to myself out loud like 'oh, yield' or 'oh..school zone, slow down and watch for kids' showed the instructor i wasn't a menace to society out there and was paying attention even if my right turns were super wide and i accelerated slowly when getting on the 'highway' haha.
Took my G test today and passed! There was no reverse/ parallel parking, and 3 point turn. This video helped me get familiar with the orangeville roads and speed limits which helped me pass the test. Thank you.

Ideally you should merge, because we do not drive in the passing lane in case there are two lanes.

Do you not take a main highway on this route?
We take left on Highway 10. The speed limit is 80kmph. One of the easiest route.

You just have to do a front parking in a parking slot back at the drive test center. No parallel parking on road side emergency stop.

Took my G test today and passed! There was no reverse/ parallel parking, and 3 point turn. This video helped me get familiar with the orangeville roads and speed limits which helped me pass the test. Thank you.
