    I’ve been thinking about getting into breath work. Definitely will check out your reminded video.
    The movement to shake off negative feelings, I’ve experienced that. I felt myself getting depressed so I decided to get up and dance. I felt so much better afterwards and that feeling went away.
    I journal as well. Almost done with my book and I’m proud of myself. It does help with my mental health. Have you tried doing “morning pages”? Where you write whatever is on your mind as soon as you wake up? It’s done wonders for me

      Last comment lol, the end where you made a comment about feeling sad once you stop doing those things, not too long ago I was thinking about how depression isn’t something that just happens ( like they say it does ), I believe it’s because we’re not expressing ourselves ( whether vocally, artistically,
      Etc ) Maybe that seem like common sense to other or they haven’t even though too much about it but it makes a lot of sense now.
