Awesome Fun. The Parade was epic fun to watch. Thank you WIll for Sharing. Kentucky Derby is coming up in May and Keeneland in Lexington is much fun. In case you get a wild hair for some Kentucky fun. Just haller.
That was a fantastic video! General Tso’s Chicken is about my most favorite Chinese dish. General Tso’s Lobster would be over the top! And BTW, that’s a nice knife you got there. And I don’t know why I’m so concerned with your knife (maybe it’s because I’m a knife sharpener, IDK) but I just cringe when somebody uses the sharp edge of the knife to ‘corral’ the cut product on the cutting board. It just destroys the sharp edge I no time. Why not use the backbone side to scrape with? It’s just as easy. Your knife will love you, and you’ll have a sharper knife for a longer time. Just my $0.02 worth…
Here in Hawaii we have two types of lobsters (slippers and the clawless spiny)...we all think steaming is the way to go but this may make us see it differently.
Great video Will! It still blows me away when I watch you cook, you explain everything so well. I still wonder why you cook the lobster with the rubber band still on. Here in Atlantic Canada, that’s an extreme no no. Thanks for sharing!!!
A fun one - that was really a crunchy out come. Since I love asian cooking I will need to try it. Also, is that a new knife. Looks very nice - maybe the reason I don't see you cleaning fish with it. Curious, do you like the Japanese style handle or one more like on the Misen?
@@CookingWithClams it was dr pepper lol. I've been studying Chinese cooking and making it myself. I am definitely a amateur but when it comes out good at home it's better
This is better than any tv show ever was love the content will!!!! Keep it up
Appreciate that thank you!
A+ on showing us how to make this unique dish and sharing the parade. Avoid that warehouse after midnight, that's when the lobsters dance.
And play cards
I’m so jealous with every crunch
I want it again right now
Wow that looks so Delicious, deep fried lobster is my favorite way to eat it! General’s is one of my favorite Chinese dishes too!
The go together perfectly
Yes i will take several orders of that to go.... ship it to Texas haha.
Can you stop by my house too?
I’d be rich if I could mass produce this
@@CookingWithClams well you could always start with making Arron a cook....
Aw man, that looks delicious. Nice job Chef!
Thank you!
Let's all party 🎉, and have lobster 🦞. Good job Will 😊
My best lunar new year yet!

I’ve been once! Super fun place
I was surprised not to hear many fireworks...
LOVE THE CHINESE TAKE-OUT
TNX 4 VID LOL
The first day there were a lot but the nypd cracked down years ago
Doubled down fried . A great Lunar shellebration. Good crispy tips for fish Friars and chip Monks.
I wish every comment contained a good pun
Very nice, and that lobster looks delicious! Thanks for the cornstarch hack for a crisper finish 👍 Also, loved the parade clips!
Potato starch will make it even crispier!
LOBSTAH GENERAL TSO!!!
I want to eat it every day
U make the best looking food dude like it’s crazy how much knowledge you have
Thank you!!
Lunar New Year’s celebration was cool! Thanks for sharing
It’s so much fun for so many days
Looks awesome. Love how you make different things that I would never think of. Makes me want to expand my pallet thank you
That makes me happy! I love hearing that
Amazing dude now I want Chinese for lunch
I do too… everyday. It’s an issue
Oh yeah!! 🔥🔥🔥
If you pull the tail fins off you can take your middle finger to “goose” it as my uncle taught me to remove the tail in 1 piece
Cara , essa lagosta deve ter ficado uma delícia!!! Top.👍🇧🇷
It was incredible
I see many live lobster tanks in NC, im starting to think i am about to hunt one of those tanks…lol
Haha get in there!
Thanks for the look into the culture. That was awesome.
2 thumbs up! That General Tso's lobster looked fantastic, one of my favorites, could almost smell it, now I'm hungry!
Thank you ray!
Killing it with the content Will, thanks for sharing 🤙🏽
Thank you Belinda! Share with friends if you can
I just ate and your making me hungry.
If I can do that through the tv, I know I’m doing something right
Love the authentic NY sketchiness lol
Haha
Are you sitting outside with snow on the ground?
I was! I don’t hate the cold
Looked awesome keep it up ✌️
I can’t watch will cook unless I have food in front of me much love 🫶🍻
I like that!
@@CookingWithClams it’s torture if not 😂

She’s here in the comments! She was out for her birthday that day

You’re right and in my restaurant I tell people not to do it. It’s legit laziness. Thanks for keeping me honest haha
Moose Knuckles taste good
Quick ship to OKC 😂
Haha!
I own those same VANS. Rock on, love the videos Clam!!!!
So what you’re saying is that you too are an icon of fashion
Here in Hawaii we have two types of lobsters (slippers and the clawless spiny)...we all think steaming is the way to go but this may make us see it differently.
There isn’t anything much better than a Perfectly steamed lobster though
Very interesting!!
I thought so myself
dang that looks friggin good. im beyond jealous... i want this lol.
I want another
That looks great but I would have to cook a few not just one lobster.
Friend? Go on...
This was a 1/4 lb lobster. A lb would have been even better
👍👍
Man I don’t know how you only ate the leg meat on its own….. that looked so good when you were cleaning it! Awesome work!
It took willpower
Well, done clams, love the variety of videos you put out keep them up bro
Thank you! I know a lot of people tune in for fishing but I do so much outside of it I wanna show that too
That looked off the chain good ! Maybe a little Thai fried chili paste instead of red pepper flakes to give it the oh so good heat !
That would work!
And it comes with broccoli from my take out
Yeah the few pieces of steamed broccoli are always nice
Cool video!! Solid recipe!! Dragon here.
Happy new year!
Looks delicious and crunchy.!
I’d eat it every day if I could

Never thought about it but it makes sense! I will next time
@@CookingWithClams I just was wanting clearance from a chef, maybe there’s a reason for it.

I go back and forth. I like the German style handle but Japanese style blade.
Me too. In fact I just got a new one that is exactly that. A very sweet knife and is VG10 steel so it should hold a really nice edge.
That’s exotic 😋🐉🦞🙋♀️
And delicious!!
新年快乐 !!!!
Happy new year!!!
I’ve fried lobster tail without boiling it first. Am i doing something wrong? I thought it would be over cooked to boil it first.
Not wrong at all! I par boil it just to get some moisture out
@@CookingWithClams thanks
damn... hell of of a cook will !
Thank you!!
Add some red die to the sauce also
No red dye here
How do you put up with that cook top?
Only use it sometimes when I’m visiting my mom and can’t cook outside on my camp stove
Wow just fantastic
Thank you Brad!
That looks GOOD!!!!
It was delicious
Looks awesome. Have you seen where they will add cola to the sauce. You gave me some ideas. Lol
No I’ve never seen that but it completely makes sense to get that Caramel flavor
@@CookingWithClams it was dr pepper lol. I've been studying Chinese cooking and making it myself. I am definitely a amateur but when it comes out good at home it's better
Love you fool!💙🍻🔥🫡💪🎣
Yoooo! Back at ya
My favorite Chinese dish. Love it!!!! Great video. Keep filming we'll keep watching ❤
Mine too!
That looks amazing! I’ve never considered making it with lobster until now.
So good!
Would you change the recipe at all for Florida lobster?
I usually only boil spiny cause you can add salt. The Maine lobster is way more briny
Brilliant once again. A fantastic recipe.
Thanks again!
Just an amazingly full and wonderful episode! I’m so hungry now. 🦞🦞🦞
Thank you!! Or was a wonderful day!
Tell me why the heck I never thought of this? 🤣🦞🐲
I did the thinking for ya now you just have to make it
😂 Thanks my thinker was broken obviously. I will make this for sure!
