A friend's channel got taken over by this and got named to Cardano Foundation, her name is Flashyklau, and they now stream videos from a guy who only existed for the past 3 months and already has over 100k followers on Twitter, and a Wikipedia page that only existed for about the same time

Yes. I have seen several of those examples. I don't have whatsapp so I haven't pursued further, but I think they're quite determined to stop people getting samples and detecting them.

funny thing is that if you compress those stealer, some of them has their size reduced to several megabytes

I'm sure that the exe file is full of null bytes at the end, as you can append arbitrary data to the end of any PE binary
The only reason that's done is to bypass a max size for scanning in most antiviruses
