- In this video I talk about Samsung smartphones and the main issues with the phones that are sold in the Indian market. I divide the video into 2 parts first I talk about the mid-range smartphones and then the flagship android smartphones by Samsung.

But the reason they are able to maintain profits in budget phones is because of those Exynos chips. Samsung is always gonna want higher margins than chinese competitors so alas, we may never see them do it. But using them in flagships is bullshit.
main problem with samsung premium phones....They lose their value too soon due to discounts, etc although it happens with every phone but samsung devices usally keep selling on flipkart, amazon even after years of their release...other brands oneplus for example usally discontinue their last gen phone as soon as the new one came out which help that old device to retain it's resale value.
The only problem with Samsung flagships is their Exynos SoC in INDIA

@@veerak4849 Exynos is Samsung's in house chip, they save a lot of money when compared to buying qualcomm's chips. Plus once a chip is made they reuse it over a large range of their phones and phones of many third party companies. So yeah, they are never going to go the Qualcomm way, it's always going to be Exynos

I am the true Samsung user, I own From S2 then S6 & Now Note 10+ because of how easily you can install Custom ROM'S & even you don't they just run with any problem I haven't have a single problem using this phone but in future smartphone won't be Samsung bcoz I am tired as the issues he describes in his video, I will go for Oneplus or Apple
My suggestion dont go for oneplus if you are using a samsung device. I am currently using oneplus 7t and the thing is initially you will love the oneplus. But with time you will start to notice that the software in onplus is just not mature enough. The features u would be used to in samsung will either be missing or just not comparable. Also samsung has better camera and main problem with oneplus is although it charges fast it gets really very hot to the point where you simply cant use the earpiece.
Samsung makes durable smartphones like Apple iphones. I have been using Galaxy Note 4 since it was launched. No issues. Great camera and hardware /software is excellent.

Installed the Android 10 update in M30S and there isn't any noticeable difference.. only just font change and dark mode which is inferior to the high contrast theme in Galaxy themes.

USING SAMSUNG J2 AS DAILY DRIVER , It's a great phone for me. I can watch RUclips ,can open 2 tabs in chrome without reloading, 2 hour sot. Can play Clash of clans with little bit of lag and framedrop.

My problem with Realme is that they release new phones every month, sometimes less than a month. Customers couldn't keep up with their pace.
Main problem with realme phones that they are bombarding phone in market like oppo vivo in every week,with high price.

Apple problems
1. price is too high
2. can't able to commiunicate easily with other android phone for sharing
3. same repeated design no innovation
4. Just does some changes in display and slightly a good processor.. but performance is similar...
5. only with some modifications keeps prices high...
6. there is no 128gb model for some specific models to get more money by 256gb variant...
It has been done with me personally
I upgrades from iphone xs max to 11 pro max in daily usage no difference and just keeping high price....

I also am a Samsung user of many of there products especially there mobile devices. S2,3,4,5,LG4,S8+ and now I am using as my daily driver s10+. I'm actually happy, very happy with this device. Yes, the S20 variants are very nice but IMO, for me, this phone still is the full package. Even though with the update we can't use the 120htz , my phone is still running extremely smoothly; and I got it on launch Snapdragon BTW)

They don't give Qualcomm chips because they think india one of the countries where they can dump their Exynos processors.
That's because not a lot of buyers who care about the processor, and there are not many people like Ranjit who voice out this opinion 😒
Nah because of 5g. Indian s20 series isn't 5g compatible. So it's more profitable for them to give exynos over snapdragon. Because 865 is 5g compatible but here in India exynos does not have 5g modem.

Google is now changing Samsung's isp with theirs so their photography level will be of that of Google's. We all know how good Google's camera software is. Also, AMD is coming into Exynos processor plus Samsung has ditched their Mongoose cores in favour of ARM cores. So many GREAT THINGS are happening for Samsung now and we all can only hope for the best. Fingers crossed. I can hear people who use Snapdragon chipsets will be complaining in the future🤭

...and hopefully samsung will remove their skin smoothing, especially in the front cam it looks mushy in low light conditions. Also, reduced oversaturation on Green Colors and oversharpening.

Samsung has realized the situation with the Exynos SoCs and just last year they scrapped their Exynos Custom CPU Design team and working more like SD like Semi-Custom ARM Architecture for the high performance cluster and They have made partnered AMD to use their RDNA Graphics IP design in the upcoming Exynos Chipset in 2021. So We can expect better Graphics performance for sure with the next Generation of Exynos SoCs but still not much info about the Exynos 1000, may use A78 cores like SD in 2021. So it should be neck to neck in 2021, But yeah Let's see what they really does.

Exynos does sucks only with their new lineup (s20 series), but not with their other phones, i do use A51 and my father is using S10+ both are doing well and no problem at all, despite the a51 using 9610 an s10+ 9820

A series is basically S series with minimum package. A series phones have 80% of flagship features packed into it.

Samsung should extend the years of receiving updates like apple phones, at least 5 years.
There are several reasons, one is the as samsung uses custom versions and have a large portfolio of smartphones, the efforts to keep all of them updated is so big, that due the low profit margin, simply they are not so frequently updated. Then, and taken this reason into account, they prefer to sell new models with the latest Android OS version every year instead of investing engineering efforts in already sold models.
Now after the S22 lineup launched Samsung finally introduced 4 years of major os updates and 5 years of security updates.
The main problem with exynos is that the phone starts lagging eventually after 6 months of usage. Almost all Samsung phones are like that.

Using Samsung Note 9 Exynos since launch. Loving it.

@rcx M coz the note 9has that cooling sys tech, the same chip in the s9+ produce lot of heats.

@@lenins3790 I agree Snapdragon > Exynos. But practically speaking normal people just want phone that feels good for daily usage. They don't care what SOC is inside. For people who do heavy gaming and wants top performance Exynos variants will not work out for long time run. In my case I use phone for reading, multimedia and using camera etc. My Note 9 Exynos works as per my requirement,gets monthly patch and I'm happy.
Note 9 was my first flagship and I'm loving it.Will keep it safe and use still support is stopped (2022)

I bought a M30S in November 2019 It was running well good display good battery life... 10-11 days back it just went black i was listening to some music and when i tried to unlock it with finger print it didn't unlocked then clicked on the power button but it was not waking up I removed the headphones tried many times to restart it but the screen just went black... I searched abt it on net and found it is called black screen death or something and the thing is that i found loads of video on this like a lot and all of then were Samsung phones..now i m stuck without a phone in this lock down

There are tons of issues with iPhones as I use them frequently, they are a lot restrictive compared to android phones but the thing is a person who like iOS echo system has no choice but to go for the iphone. So I noticed ppl who are used to iphone will continue to use iphone.
At least you get the best for your money. Great battery life, 5-6 years of OS and Security Updates, world class cameras, excellent customer service backing, unmatchable chipset, and a lower price than certain flagships.
@@typhoon_8086 dont want to burst your bubble, but if you spend a fortune, you expect a minimum of what you said, and im not sure if the chipser are top of the line and also good luck finding a replacement for your phone. IPhone support can be a pain, not hating on apple but they aren't what they used to be and i dont think they should be put on a pedestal anymore
