Really like the second appartment and love the multi-level outdoor spaces. Room sizes are good, love that it has in-unit laundry and nice large windows. Not so sure on the first one because of the below sidewalk level outdoor space - could see that getting lots of garbage tossed in not to mention the rain and snow it could hold.
@@kleshreen yeah you could use that area to your wildest imagination. There has to be a way that you could hang plants on that slotted wood wall. Maybe a hammock or some outdoor furniture.
Yeah, there are more slobs than ever before. Can't understand people throwing garbage out of their car windows or eating something in the street and then tossing the wrapper on the ground. I don't know where these people were brought up but obviously not in a good home.
Park Slope is such a great neighborhood. My in-laws live there. Love this townhouse. I know once it’s completed it’s going to be a great place to live 👍. I wish you would come back once it’s completed & show us the finish results. How is this luxury townhouse rent cheaper then the rent of that horrible apartment you showed yesterday 🤔???? Let’s us see just how criminal & ridiculous it really is. Thanks Cash & Have A Great Weekend❤️!!!
Compared to the place we saw in Williamsburg this 2 bedroom is definitely worth the $$. Just not a fan of the lower level "patio" right by the public sidewalk where people can throw their garbage & whatever else on you. The 3 bedroom outdoor area is easy nicer but does it justify an additional $3k & 1 additional bedroom? Amenities are nice but who cleans the grills, etc on the roof deck?
I would suspect that people who use the grills would clean up after themselves. Or since they have so much money to spend on that place every month, maybe they hire someone to do it?
@@FrankiesFancy yes but I completely understand where he's going with that. Do you know what kind of trash could wind up on your precious chairs or anything you have sitting below?
