Hey mate, sailor here, most durable option is Sunbrella. That's a brand name, it's basically resin impregnated, UV stavlbilised vynil fabric. Costs between 10-16$/meter depending if you go for the brand or off brand option. Will last years as long as you protect it from chafe and flapping about.
@raycone7692 The land-cruiser? Funny you asked. Getting ready for that now. That video is coming out soon. Going to be working on both at once and when they are done, I’ll probably do a vintage camping trip or drive the land-cruiser to the treehouse. I’ll have to make a road to it. Not sure I want one though.,,
@raycone7692 Yep. We try to put out videos we enjoy making so it doesn’t get to be a job. We’ll put out more ebay videos at some point. Probably will never stop completely from buying and selling.
What would you use for a temporary treehouse roof if you could not afford a metal or shingle/roll roofing?

Is that the same company that makes the Awnings and awning covers or is it a nautical type material? Sounds like a good option.
Maybe canvas from a old army tent. Or maybe a tarp. Roll of plastic.. or maybe palmetto branches but I don't know about water tight.
I was thinking a canvas tarp. I thought about waterproofing a cheap canvas tarp. Maybe just plastic tarp for temporary.
Did you ever start on your project what was it a old jeep or something.

And are you and your wife still selling on ebay. Haven't seen any videos show up in my feed in awhile.
