Its so weird because it's really subjective. I won a gopro 10 in a raffle completely free, but I would have sold it brand new instead of unwrapping it all excited like because I assumed it would be way better, in my opinion, it's not crazy better? It's pretty decent, but I would not have spend $300-$400 if I already have my s21+ and it's already fantastic, so on the ultra is better already

I have a gopro 10 and a Samsung S21. The Samsung's so bad I only use it in a pinch and usually indoors. The gopro 10 is way way sharper and cleaner.
