I’ve tweaked my ankles multiple times on farms. Now I only wear good support work boots and haven’t had any ankle injuries in years. Get a good pair of lace up work boots and tie them tight, but not too tight. 🤠
Heidi glad your ok and it wasn’t broken. You will have to make a future project and build a small porch deck and build a small step down on the side of your shop where the ground is not so steep. It's a hard world out there in fact the last time I twisted my ankle I had to fibi2my shift at work an if I took more than one day off I needed a note from a doc an like I could afford a doctor bill lol. This is why the elders of our tribes used to mate the younger up with someone older so they could learn them things you would never think of until you become older and more wise so if your ever thinking about a Man who would love and Respect you give me a call cause your a Beautiful Soul inside and outside but I can promise you I would damn sure do my best to keep you smiling cause there would be nothing more Beautiful than seeing your smile every morning an we do have a lot to offer you in the ways off living.
