    If v/q scan is to rule out CTEPH, why not take chest CT instead?

    I had a echocardiogram and PH was present also right side heart enlargement and mitrial valve regurgitation. I am having a right and left heart coronary angiogram this Wednesday to confirm it and find out what catagory. I am very scared

    Definition of PH is now Mean PA pressure >20mmHg
