@@ShelbyFlyer Ty, sir. I just took it to a closed Airport for a speed run. 207 mph when I backed off. - What a THRILL! - This car??? wow! - 😁It does it all.
Hey I've been searching for a way to turn the audio past 28 for my father in law and was curious if there was any way I can do this in the setting menu? He has a 2022 shelby gt500
This was my old base model from a few years ago. I believe I had air/fuel, MCT and boost. Those were the 3 I found most useful. In my CFTP, I set up the same 3, but typically have the TPMS screen up on the dash for both street and track duty.
I have never tried. If you can’t find the option, I guess you could always pull the negative battery cable and leave it off for 30 minutes. Having a My Mode is nice though for a custom setting. It’s my default drive mode on the streets.
Be careful when you use accessory mode....drains the battery like never before.Ive already drained mine on my 2020 GT Premium....but I guess the battery recharged itself.I had a few tests done by my local dealership and they say its fine
Just got one of there. Used to be able to see tire pressures by hitting tor down button below the ok button on steering wheel. After messing with gauge set up it’s gone and displays all the various data shown in your vid. How do I get back to the trip odoms and tire pressure?
There are “Mustang gauges” and “GT500” gauges. The GT500 stuff is accessed by the Cobra button. The Mustang stuff is accessed by the setup button... it has a gear picture on it if I recall correctly... then just scroll up/down until you see the tire pressures.
@@ShelbyFlyer whoooos I have a 2020 gt500 before I messed with the custom set up the trip Odom and tire pressures were displayed by pressing either button below or above Rut ok button. Now not
@@ShelbyFlyer When I switch the toggle to sport mode the dash does not change, I toggle to track mode and the gauges do not change, it stays on the two round "stock" gauges
I have the exact same color scheme, car, 2021.
What an absolutely amazing vehicle.
Couldn't be happier.
Fantastic! Congrats on your 500!

@@aesir0784 WOW!!!
Very thorough tech demo
Pretty sweet. Thanks for the tour. Good job. What a ride
Best Demo videos by far.
Thanks for the kind words!
MCT= manifold charge temp. for those who were wondering 🙃
Thanks for that Jake! I didn’t know off the top of my head.
Thanks for the useful information. Just bought a 2021 gt500 and was looking for the gauge set up 😀👍

Great video, Gives Info that Ford did not include in the owner's manual. Thanks
Thanks David! 🍻
Great job as usual I liked this video it's very nice
Thanks Keith! 🍻
Very nice demo now I can do mine .
Appreciate it! 🍻
Nice video. Do the gauge pods for oil pressure and oil temp change color too? Or do they stay white?
Thanks Todd! Those gauges stay white. Just the digital dash changes.
@@ShelbyFlyer Thanks for the quick reply.
Awesome thanks for this!
Awesomeness
I’ve had mine set up for a while, however I haven’t found a way to get MyMode to be the default when starting the car. Is this possible?
@@tsix8987 Not an option. Start the car and click the drive mode switch twice.
did you explain why you chose to configure the 3 gauges the way you did out of the choices you had

How do you clear (delete) a my mode after it is added? I don't want the extra mode comming up when scrolling through the settings. Thanks

@@ShelbyFlyer thanks. Need a quick car cuz I’m not so fast lol. Thanks a lot was bugging the heck outta me
Cannot get my guages to change in different modes??
Do you mean your entire digital dash or the 3 custom gauges you can select?
@@ShelbyFlyer Yes. I change the modes with the toggle and the dash does not change
@@deancameron6748 Make sure you are changing the DRIVE modes and not the EXHAUST modes. A friend made that mistake.
@@ShelbyFlyer When I switch the toggle to sport mode the dash does not change, I toggle to track mode and the gauges do not change, it stays on the two round "stock" gauges
@@deancameron6748 As long as you are switching drive modes and not exhaust modes, you have a problem. Time for warranty work.
My God that's confusing.
Lots of tech with the digital dash and options.
Thanks for the video!
