I have no idea what I’m doing. Her explanation and examples help me. Why are you being disrespectful? I’m sure you could find better things to do with your time than to put someone down who’s trying to help people like me. There’s enough room for everyone and there’s an audience for everyone. You’re not her audience and that’s ok.
Also, I film makeup videos. Can you suggest a lens for beauty videos and also a lenses for clothing try on videos. Do I need difference lenses or do you think my settings are wrong? Thank you!
This is a really loaded question with a lot of variables. The type of lens you should use depends on what you want your outcome to be. I'm going to guess you should be in the 35mm range but I can't know that without more info. What camera do you have? Could it be the settings? Maybe. Judging by the way you asked this question I assume it's in automatic mode. If it's not, it probably should be (until you learn more). Hope this helps you get started.
Also, after taking a quic look at you profile, I think your videos look pretty good! Well lit. Nice depth of field. Is there something specific you are wanting to change about how your videos look?
@@carsonleatherwood Thank you for taking the time to reply and look at my channel. I finally hired a company to come in and help me. I've got it all figured out now. Thank you!
Thank you! I just found your channel and subscribed. Can you tell me what mirrorless camera you’re using. I’m using a Canon 90D right now and I’m thinking of switching.
Just read a lot of tests about lenses - see which system have the ones that fit your needs and that you can afford, for example sony has oldest mirrorless bagnet and allows third party lens production, after you choose the system - you go for the lens and then for the camera you can afford that will deliver -then slowly upgrade to better camera or preferably add some quality lenses first
The midtones in my understanding, are the tones in the middle of the light spectrum, usually where skin tones reside in. So if you bring it up or down, the skin will be bright or darker because it resides on the middle of the brightness spectrum in a photo.
This is just someone creating a short for the sake of having a short on RUclips
Totally agree with you. They just want to catch up with the algorithms by posting random stuff. Just so stupid.

Tf is a creamy skin tone?
Can’t you just boost the luminance on the oranges in the HSL panel? Lol
Did yo know how to use editing apps?
Luminance increase the light colour itself, but curve increase midtone, as you seen the video.
I’m here for the comments

Comments is savage lol. This is ok advice but I would think you would have to add a mask to the person first. We all evolving as photographers right..
Awesome tip. Thank you 🎉
I’m still confused, will this create Creamy skin tones?
Nope
Absolutely not. It just fixes exposure problems
Thanks!!

Grey technically.
What a hack
Thank you!
thanks! This gonna help me a lot, Keep making more of these types of tips
What
I want my minute back
Bro what tf is a “creamy” skin tone??? 🤮
Thank you for the very uninformative tip.
☕️
There's a million better ways to fix skin tones directly in Lightroom without having to just lift the midtones of the entire image.
just makes your subject look fake and artificial.. stop doing this everyone.
Some people prefer fake. The best tip is to find a model with good skin or hire a makeup artist!then add good lighting
Average Sony shooter
I hate how you say “creamy”.
You must be drunk
This might actually work for black and dark skin tones, thank you. I was about to leave a really rough comment, if it didn't. 😏
I Love You for this thanks🥹🥹
Great info, thank you!
