This video by FitnessFAQs will be covering arguably the hardest pushup in the world, the 90 degree pushup. This exercise is also called the hollow back press in gymnastics. In order to progress towards 90 degree push ups, you need to have a solid handstand and be capable of at least 3 handstand pushups. This exercise is so hard due to its huge range of motion, nearly all upper and lower body muscles are used. This 3 step tutorial will guide you through the progressions needed to master 90 degree push ups.

Daniel, can you do a video on all the calisthenics equipment you have and suggest?
For instance I know you suggest Serious Steel resistance bands on Amazon, it looks
Like you use the Rep Fitness wood rings set with numbering on the straps, a rogue fitness dip belt to hold plates and I believe this is a Rogue fitness parallette set. Can you do a video on the calisthenics equipment you suggest for beginners, intermediates and advanced as well as recovery tools you suggest (such as a foam roller or gua sha muscle scraping/massage tools et. al). I’d appreciate seeing that video.

Great vid! I've been working on this for about 9 months now. I messed up at first because I had too many goals at once. I narrowed it down to planche and handstands. Nailed that, and now I'm working on combining the two into a 90° pushup. It'll be another year before I get there, but breaking everything down into smaller components and focusing on that one goal has really helped.
