Hi, 42 here 🙋🏽♀️ I did Dry January for the first time because the stress and the drinking was low key out of control towards the end of 2023. I feel great and haven’t gone back yet! I am sleeping better although I still get up in the middle of the night occasionally. But I’m generally coping much better and taking nightly walks outside instead!
Can you please bring back Friendo podcast?? I personally enjoyed your topics I find myself listening to old shows over and over.

Hiii! Thank you for your video. I am also not drinking, stopped a while ago and now I can't even digest a drink, sometimes a quarter of beer bcs I kind of crave it but more then that my stomach closes up. Any other alcohol My system wont even allow. I attribute the change after a lot of heavy therapy but overall I believe society in general will shift out of alcohol and more into psychedelic compounds like Microdosing psilocybin which I also do occasionally now and is amazing. I think you would be into it specially for the seasonal depression and anxiety. thank you again for your videos! I love your energy

It's amazing how much better we feel! I find occasionally I'm getting up too, but overall my sleep is much better.
