Julián Alderete i like akechi because of his backstory and his dynamic with joker I really like complex characters like akechi in p5 he wasn’t handled well but i was still hopeful with atlus fixing him one day I absolutely loved what they did with him in the anime PQ2 and p5r but I understand why you dont like him not everyone has too

I think it’s so cool that Smash Bros made Joker rise to the top, surpassing Makoto (sorry Makoto fans),and certainly making the Persona franchise more popular as a whole. EDIT: Got some people saying they got into Persona through Smash, I think it’s freaking awesome! Welcome to the community! (also persona 4 golden out now on steam 👀 )

Chihaya is one of the most useful characters in both games, and Riuji is so annoying.

@@celes1398 Ryuji isn't on the list either, and he's an original character. After Oct 2019, I feel like both Yoshizawa and Maruki should have been added 😭😭😭 Especially since thia video even makes it a point to go to May 2020, and the English version of Royal released two months prior, in March

Please don‘t forget that people have different taste in characters. Your favorite character might be someone‘s most boring character and vise versa. I kinda get how people get salty but in the end all that matters is how much YOU love your characters. Also people in the west and people from Asia have different tastes as well. From what I see/heard, Makoto is very loved by the Asian fans and most disliked female cast in the West.
I am honestly surprised Morgana is so popular. I personally love him but I can not deny that he has some things going against him such as being mean to Ryuji and his tantrum.
