This particular exercise is perfect for my problem but I wonder if you could extend this to tight calves and feet and create a specific one for this area? My main problem is a pinched sciatic nerve in the S1/L1 which seems to be irreparable but is causing the tightness in the calves and feet, very painful! Many thanks indeed. 👍🙏
Hi Linda have a look at the following videos for Sciatica and Plantarfasciitis. I think you’ll find them helpful. Sciatica: ruclips.net/video/jl1RrZRMw0Y/видео.html Plantarfasciitis: ruclips.net/video/FQfUDtLALg8/видео.html Let me know how you get on with them.
Hi Colm, i only had time for the front i did my right and left side on the front, i my question when i do the front or one side when i don't to frint and back in a long time frame I feel like it might not help as much so what they can, when I do them at the same time when that sort of thing happens a lot, i am interested ,i can't always go by feeling, sensing .
Your videos are great - just the vocal fry and your accent is really difficult to understand. Are you aware you are not using your genuine voice? Thank you 🙏
Appreciate the feedback. My voice sounds different when laying down for sure. It's one of the challenges of doing the movements and guiding at the same time, my voice gets a bit distorted. I'll work on it for future videos tho. Thanks for watching.

I like it. I like your Irish accent i don't think you do fine , some videos were challenging , the volume's but, not too bad.
