    i love your new knee video, on the back sides and front in one video, sometimes its very difficult to stop re do or even turn to the other side for differents reasons like now my back is paining me , i have trouble getting to the floor or standing again.

    This particular exercise is perfect for my problem but I wonder if you could extend this to tight calves and feet and create a specific one for this area? My main problem is a pinched sciatic nerve in the S1/L1 which seems to be irreparable but is causing the tightness in the calves and feet, very painful! Many thanks indeed. 👍🙏
