Do more Australia, maybe go into the city maps such as Perth, Melbourne or Sydney if you have trouble identifying the more desolate areas. Great video!
That last one I recognised roughly where that was because that's a popular road for people travelling on holidays from Perth up to the northern areas of WA.

I thought the second guess looked like Coramba and sure enough, it was. I'm from Coffs Harbour and it's funny seeing familiar places. Good video!

A suburb in the Australian sense is just a subdivision of an urban area with a name. It's bigger than a neighbourhood but smaller than an LGA (local government area).

Yeah the weird thing is the way he described cities as being only the city center is actually the way America usually classifies cities, not Australia. Like in Los Angeles, the only part of Los Angeles that is actually officially Los Angeles city is a small part of Los Angeles. The other parts of the LA metro area like Beverly Hills, Compton, Hollywood ect... are considered their own cities. While in Australia the whole metro area would be considered a single city and the places like Beverly Hills and Hollywood would be considered suburbs.

What you said about cities in Australia only being considered the city center is actually the complete opposite of the way we classify cities. The city is everywhere there is people living in the area, then the whole city area is divided up into suburbs, all the suburbs are still considered a part of the city. A suburb in Australia doesn't have the same meaning as the US, it's just a certain area of a city. The way you described Australia sounds more like America, like in the Los Angeles metro area the whole area is divided up into different cities, like Los Angeles, Compton, Long Beach, Beverley Hills ect... In Australia the whole Los Angeles metro area would be considered one single city, and the areas inside the city like Long Beach, Beverly Hills ect... would be considered suburbs.
