Yes, you will be able to use it with Mach 3, ER11 1.5Kw. Cost has not been determined yet. There will be a couple variables in design for the turret and we have a couple other models as well that we will be introducing Mid November.
Thanks for the comment. It wasn't aligned that well to begin with actually. That prototype was slightly off center by about 0.6mm the hub was 3d printed. The nice thing about the rotary turret is that it's controlled with a closed loop stepper motor so it's more forgiving with alignment.
This would be perfect for the Milo 1.5 CNC mill. If you’re interested in working together on testing the turret version of your system on a Milo, let me know.
Thanks for the comment and it's a Great point!. It would be simple to have a right and left and I realize the geometry of the main plate can differ for different machine configs.
Thank you for the question and comment. It will be available this fall. I still have to work out the more stable joints but I don't think that will be too difficult. We will be doing a limited pre-order batch at a discounted price. Those who jump in early will be able to get them as we start final production ahead of the release. I will be releasing the details on that in the next week.
Exactly what I need, Great Job!!!

You guys are having too much fun designing new variants! 🙂
We just want it to be the best it can be ;)
It's a very good machine. I wish it could be easily attached to my current cnc.
How much does one of those kits cost? Can I use it with mach3 with 1.5kw ER11 spindle?

@@RapidChangeATC I would be interested in a product, I would be interested in one to Miami Florida.
@@jesuserazo9169 We will be able to do that!
You have definitely caught my interest. I may need to purchase another machine to place it on? LOL
Seems like the spindle keeps hitting it as it tries to change the bit. I'd be worried that its going wventually get out of alignment

Awesome, I think I want to mount it on right side, already a lot going on on the left.

I also have mine set back about 6 inches from the front of my table. Can't wait until you launch it. @@RapidChangeATC
So when can we buy it? 🎉

@@RapidChangeATC Cool! Depending on the price, I'm very interested. I have a small machine and this would be perfect.
Did you already start the limited pre-order? @@RapidChangeATC
I want to try this but knowing my luck i'll crossthread, missthread and wreck my mill....... This is ER nut lefty loosey, righty tighty system, yeah?
Thanks for the question and comment. well there is not enough force to damage the spindle or even the nuts should it get stuck from misalignment.
@@RapidChangeATC thanks. Have you tried on bigger mill with bigger chip load? Any tool pullout?
