If u can only imagine, how much pain and illness he had suffered while he performed this song! Halim spent most of his life with very poor health condition, deprived from most kinds of enjoyment and good food! He released his anguish in his amazing art! He never failed to amaze his audience. In short, We love him and look up to him as a role model!

It reminded me of my childhood in Morocco, camping in a holiday center in the summer in the majestic mountains of the Middle Atlas, in Ifrane, we were put this song of AbdelHalim or that of Fairuz: "Aetini Ney wa Ghanni " every morning on the loudspeaker and reached us to our dormitories, I keep sublime memories, looking at the mountain through my window, the forests of the Atlas, the songs of birds and this melody which already spoke to us of the world of love and the sea in the distance of the Atlas opposite, the nostalgie of Atlantic Ocean where my family lived in Larache ...... what sublime memories of childhood and the good old days ....
Abdel Halim Hafez is considered the fourth pyramid of Egypt. Thank you very much. I am waiting for you to watch the opening of the Rams Road, which will take place in Luxor on November 25, in the coming days, God willing. Luxor will be the largest open museum in the world. The Rams Road that extends from Luxor Temple to Karnak Temple in Luxor Governorate in which it is located Two monuments of the world 🌏❤

Nice video.. I highly recommend to you the piece of art "Hawel Teftkerny" for Abd Elhaleem..that he asking his lover to try to remember him..you will like it♥️
Hi Jay, Yes he's used to control his band and all arrangements ... because he was originally a laureate of a music class... and behind the lyrics, we still find our great Nizar Qabani .... great great lover devant l'Eternel !
The lyrics of the song are from a poem called A Message from Under the Water by a Syrian poet named Nizar Qabbani, and the song by Kazem El Saher is by this poet too
He meant "teach me how to stop loving you, and stop missing you" as if feelings are human begins, his love & his feeling of missing his beloved both are full of life. Where he wishes one feeling to die, and one to commit a suicide (both to end)
@@IJayReaction More than welcome, glad to help. It's a poem in fusha (formal arabic, very valuable like old English, but we still use it in formal occasions & Law, not in our daily conversations) , Arabic poems & lyrics are so rich in metaphors and strong poetic embodiment. And the title of the poem is "A letter from underwater" as if the lover is drowning in the sea of love from one side, and he sent a rescue letter from the depth of this sea to be rescued by his lover (something like a message in a bottle ), actually the song itself is this letter. So he is asking his lover to teach him how to stop loving him and to help him to forget. Also "the blue waves in your eyes" means like this sea is inside his lover's eyes, and that shows how beautiful her eyes are & they are in blue color. This poem was written by Nizar AlQabany - A Syrian poet, his words are so powerful, and he is so well known in the arab world by his love poems.
@@IJayReaction Arabic is a very sophisticated language and very complex and deep, Arabic classic poetry is something of divine, if you learn this language you will feel in love with every one of it's words An NIZAR KABBANI the Syrian poet who wrote the poem from witch this song was taken is in other level we call him the poet of woman and love in the Arabic world
during your reaction you said that a line of the poem resembles that of kazem assaher, you are right because the words are from the same poet nizar kabbani. I liked this video and I haven't seen the time spent 🥰☺️
He is the great Syrian poet Nizar Qabbani, and I told you about him a long time ago here on RUclips Many Arab singers sang for him, most notably Kazem, Magda El Roumi and Abdel Halim
I think the girl who loved her have a blue eyes so he described it as a sea and he drowing in it and breathing underwater and he asked for her help to get out of it
Listen to the song ((Fatt Janabna _ فاتت جنبنا )). It's a song about two friends and a girl who was walking beside them. You will be amazed at her story.
You can't skip the first parts, Abdel Halim force you to watch him, although here he was sick and his body is so weak, but his vocals were so so so emotional, may god rest his soul in peace.. You got it right when you compared the lyrics of this song and Kazem song Ikhtari, they were written by the same legendary Syrian Poet Nizar Kabbani, his also wrote the song Qari'at el Fengan.
Risala min taht el maa' is written by Syrian pan-Aran poet Nizar Qabbani known as the Poet of Woman شاعر المرأة . Some of his pems were turned into songs. Very famous poem قارئة الفنجان (Qareat Alfinjan) The Cup Reader was done into a song and interpreted again by Abdel Halim Hafez as one of is song a little while before his death. Nizar Qabbani has also given song lyrics to Mohammed Abdel Wahab, Umm Kulthum, Fayrouz, Kazem el Saher, Majida al Rumi, Assala, Najat as Sagheera and Nancy Ajram. Qabbani has more than 30 books in poetry. He died in 1988.
You are right he did see those notes, remember he had studied music and played very difficult instrument before becoming a singer. The musician liked him directing them according to the leader of the band because he knew music very well.
I really suggest you do reaction to Abdel Halim Hafez's قارئة الفنجان (Qareat Alfinjan) The Cup Reader which is even more famous than Risala min Taht el Maa'.... Also same long format of various chapters and exquisite music arrangement.
Bro do you know what happened here 26:26 and 26:34? Abdulhalim got upset of organ player because he made a mistake in the tune. You can note that 26:34 Abdul Halim told to the band leader ( what can I do!!!)
