I was asked when I was writing music about 4 months before I broke up with my daughter's mom to write a song for her and for diamonds I couldn't write anything sincere. I knew then she was trouble but I didn't know how much. I trusted this girl with my life. I have written hundreds of songs and poems and not one of them are based on her. I knew something was up. Go with your gut. I learned too late and had a child from an absolute troublesome girl. When she becomes a woman who is mature I'll address her as a woman then.
