Thanks Mike! Appreciate the comments and sincerely appreciate your subscribing to our channel. I love making sausages and grinding meats. Keep watching for another video soon where I will make merguez sausage. I worked for a large French tire company during my "professional" life and spent a couple of years in France. I learned a lot about different flavors and meats while there.
Hi Mark, I'm watching every minute I'm looking forward to do my first brisket this weekend. Since you gave me all though smarts, I know it's going to come out perfect the first time. Thank you so much for your time is fun learning from you. You have a fun time on your camping trip, but please be careful on those electric bikes I got one and I'm scared to death of it. Thanks for your help your friend Roger from Strongsville. PS I definitely will catch you on your next video!!!!!
Thanks Roger! Sorry it took me so long to get this video posted. Been really busy here prepping for our 4th Annual Farm and Music Day event and tied up with DR appointments. Planning to have both knees replaced so I can get some pain relief. Keep watching, more to come soon. The merguez sausage is fun to make and really delicious. Good luck with your brisket. Mark
I ate another of these burgers today. So simple to make, yet much better than ground beef from any store. We mixed in a couple of packets of Lipton Instant Onion Soup mix with a couple of pounds of meat while camping. That made for some delicious burgers,.
I've been buying LEM sheep casings, but the last two batches I bought had a lot of blowouts. I need a new source and don't want to buy something packaged in Asia. Let me know if you find a good source. Thanks for the comments and for tuning in to the channel. Mark
Oh, watching from area local to you.
Mike from the U.K. meat grinding and bacon curing is a passion for me, new subscriber, good luck to you and enjoy your camping trip.

Gina said I need to buy a brisket and bring it to you so you can train me 😂😂
Dude! I'd be glad to do that. Bring it on, but know there would be a test grilling and cold beverages to wash it down!
Las Vegas!
Appreciate you dropping by and leaving a note! Thanks for watching!

@rhpepper1 this is for you!
Hello, from N. Alabama. This is good info!! What do you recommend as a good, fairly priced Sheep Casing source? Most is priced at a $1 per lb.
