      a tip: watch series at flixzone. I've been using them for watching a lot of movies during the lockdown.

    An athlete trains for hours a day. That's their job. So they can spend half an hour warming up. For us, regular people, I agree with other comments that this could be a 'rest day' routine.

    30 min warm up. Nope.
