Don Roebuck's Salad Ingredients:
¼ cup hummus
¼ cup ketchup
2 Tablespoons pickle juice
4 ounces baby kale leaves
2 ounces spring mix of greens
8 slices of banana peppers, pickled
Sometimes, Don adds beets and / or kidney beans
