So Many Cooks in the Kitchen presents ‘So Much Zucchini!’ on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at 2p ET. Do you love the versatility of zucchini? It grows easily and is commonly available in summer markets. We will be sharing dishes like Spiralized Zucchini Noodles, Zucchini Salad with Yogurt , Sauteed Zucchini with Tofu, and more. As always our recipes are tasty, healthy, whole food plant-based, vegan, and easy to prepare. We have been having monthly shows starting in May 2020 and believe that this is our 50th show! Watch us as several whole food plant-based vegan Cooks in the Kitchen share kitchen-to-kitchen. Recipes will be available with a link posted shortly before the event.
