I live in Japan and I had an 08 Premium FBO for 7 years and I put 140,000km on it. It was a great car.. So good that I sold it at the same price I bought it and got a 2017 GT-R Premium Gunmetal with The Rakuda Tan (orange interior). I put 30,000 km on it and I had zero repairs so far. I have a Cayenne daily and besides cayenne being quiet I can't say that the suspension is much more comfortable than GT-R.. All people that complain about it being stiff are probably old people with back issues and hemorrhoids. I am itching to get a turbo S, but I like to drive with my kids in the back and do long road trips so there's no other car that can replace it when it comes to practicality, reliability and wow factor..

    When you get your 35
It might be fun to pick up the cheapest one on the market?
And then just do the most budget mods slowly just to demonstrate like you have with your 32
    To bring it up progressively
After all you have done and driven so many 1000++ hp cars
Would be quite an exercise to go down the budget rabbit hole
Either way what ever you do it will end up being one of the best GTR s around given how much pride enthusiasm and passion you put in to every car you build or get involved with

That being said I still prefer my evo mr when it comes to handling, for a car that’s nearing 20yrs old there still isn’t a car that handles like an evo.

GR Yaris 2024 vs 2008 GTR? Not talking performance, I would say the Yaris is a better daily option.

Pretty sad that a XiaoMi SU7 will beat this car at 1/4 of the price with bigger interior/technology and numbers.

Most of these comments are ridiculous. Porsche 911 has been around for over 70 years, now that's a really 'old ass' car.

GT-R has been around for over 50, but different chassis. Just like Porsche 911 has had multiple different chassis. When R35 came out there 997 chassis was out. Now they have gone to 991 then 992 since.

Stock lol except for the downpipe he mentioned and exhaust. Over 3K depending.
Then there’s the 20K bodykit upgrade, along with wing and carbon fibre 😅 tune.
If anyone can afford a car that’s over 100K and just survive, then I’d highly recommend a better car than this. The 2012 to 2017 GTR are overpriced in Australia. People in the car community are trying to hike up the prices of JDM cars. Don’t fall for this

Most cars that are close to this price will not hold value for 5 more years. All the gtr 32,33,34,35 hold their value pretty well. Yes for the money you can get a better car, but few years down the line the other car will be worth way less than a gtr and that is proven for decades now

@@brainiac006 a collector doesn’t care about the price, but about low KMs and condition of the car, plus what the mods are / aren’t.
My comment was to the guy that can afford a 100K car and just survive.
If you want an expensive car that’s versatile and holds value? Buy a landcruiser. You’ll be able to drive it, won’t be scared of everyone else on the road (like every other GTR owner) and will be able to sell it for a motser.

Yeah its old its outdated, its once highly touted dual clutch tranny is now slow but it is still a supercar killer at the end of the day.
