Sir a few suggestions for you. 1) If you can make short videos, 1- 3 min videos, more people will watch it out. Most of your videos are 10+ mins and many people may not even start it since it looks like a long video. 2) your short video can give summary of your key points, or the knowledge that you want to share and a link pointer can be given to the detailed video on the same topic,. if people are attracted by short video they will surely go out to the longer videos. I personally like your videos a lot and have learnt a lot from it. Hope you will take my suggestions positively so that you will also have more viewers and more people will benefit from your vast knowledge and experience
