It happens. Neighbor left few months back from his yard, i went to pick up postage and picked up his muffler and asked from him if he had lost anything important lately. He had not noticed it until that point, since muffler was almost entirely covered by fairings, just though there was fracture/hole in his pipe since there was slight power loss and increased noise. His face was worth the watch when i presented him his muffler :D He had made some maintenance and muffler was on with one bolt finger tight and rattled loose when heating engine in his yard.

1. Go over checklist. Fluid levels,tire pressure,check brake wear,check throttle linkage,check fasteners. 2. Fire up the bike. 3 Leathers. As much as you can get on. 3. Drop all attitude before hopping on. Relax. If you are in a bad mood, best to avoid riding as it impairs judgement and reaction time. 4. Never ride too close if you can't see over,or around at least 100 yards in every direction, ESPECIALLY in front of you. 5. EXPECT everyone can not see you,some just don't care. 5. In event of emergency,pull in clutch while in the same moment,downshift,and apply BOTH brakes at the same time.(This requires lots of practice to insure hitting both brakes and maintaining control) 6 SHIT HAPPENS ride on.
And preload front brake since pulling from zero locks brake, where preloading enables lever moving in different acceleration curve creating smoother breaking with less chance of sudden lock up.

I ride myself and Im constantly calculating other drivers movements and If I see that versys scenario 100 yards away im expecting that merging driver to pull out and am already slowing down moreso than I would if I was just brake checking for the turning vehicle in front of me . Potomaszmoto; Sucks getting cut off by someone not looking in their blindspot. I have 2 suggestions for you.
1. Don't sit in a blind spot, not ever. Accelerate past the vehicle or stay way back.
2. If someone starts to enter your lane as they did here, don't brake suddenly. That's dangerous at any speed.
You have space to still be in the lane, and at this point, the driver has no idea you're even on the road. If someone starts coming into your lane accelerate up to the drivers window, still prepared to accelerate ahead of them. Let them know they cut you off verbally, and now they'll know they didn't look. You braking leaves them with the "WTF is that biker giving me the finger for?? They were probably speeding and didn't like me changing lanes".

thats pure bullshit, i do the same and live in a big city, every time some one pulls in my lane in front of me, i do it and most of the time they get in their lane again.
I ride, but sometimes we need to acknowledge certain things we do wrong. Points are made on both sides, but speeding through school zones, and the guy in that last clip at like 9:40 speeding up to the vans rear. Patience is a virtue especially on a bike. I personally lane split to avoid being rear ended but its illegal and people honk here and there. It's all fun but safety is a concern for us mainly. A lot of recent clips seem to be bikers being impatient ass hats, than victims of road rage or some sort of close call. I'm not saying cagers don't do stupid shit and cause pain to us when they don't even notice merging into us, or cutting us off. I would definitely support the motorcyclists in accidents. On the case of road rage however. I wouldn't support this content for any other purpose than to learn how to NOT ride and behave on a bike. This content just makes bikers look bad. MY 2 CENTS.
