Okay honestly I think in the first one, the driver sat in his car and took off because he felt threatened by your friend and the number of people in your group. He was most likely to get away from the place and call it in to report. If he wanted to run he wouldn't have ever stopped or get out of his car.

don't tell someone to use their mirrors if you yourself don't have any, cause some of y'all don't even check before swerving through lanes to try and catch someone that didn't check. if you get cut off and people don't look when you're in your car don't expect everything to be different on a bike. if you can't handle it then don't ride. no one is forcing you to.

This was exactly what I was gonna comment. The only escape path I can reasonably see otherwise was swerving to the left of the car, going off the road and into the grass.
Ironically, this is one of the view clips where the biker isn't riding like an asshole.
