@@jd5074 well the problem is how can you prove how fast he was going? He doesn't have to show the footage to anyone due to the 5th amendment here. So in court, it would be she turned in front of on coming traffic and the on coming traffic has the right of way. So actually claiming I'm incorrect when you don't live here is quite a stretch
First rule of motorcycling: if a car breaks a rule, even a tiny one, the motorcyclist can break all traffic laws and endanger lives in order to enact justice or revenge, even if this does seem somewhat hypocritical.

Scooters should stay in the far rights lanes, but again why should he have to do anything just because its annoying to others? In America its a free country. @@Hige-san definately, the SUV didnt pay attention enough, but also couldn't anticipate that biker speeding as much as he was doing, so they're both in the wrong, but the biker should've slowed way down and learned not to speed in that crowded area.

@@GeminiMoto I'm not a biker myself. I fear not being able to control one. So I've never ridden one due to that. But I have respect for those that do ride, and I know just like in everything else of this world. There are bad apples where ever you look, doesn't mean all are bad. Actually I know a few bikers and they are pretty decent fellas.... one's a doctor, and another is just a mechanic. As the saying goes, you can't judge a book by it's cover!

First clip, why would you accelerate trying to pass a intersection? That's where 90% of motorcycle accidents happen knowing cars WILL drive in front of you. I take it extra slow in town where many intersections are unpredictable.
In the first clip, he sped up to 50mph. If that road is a 45mph, technically he's fine. If its a 35mph, hes in the wrong.

It is a lot harder to brake quick on a bike especially because there isn't the protection of a normal car. If the biker would have hit the car at the speed he was going it would have hurt him a lot more than the car driver having to brake.

It depends on how it's done. The idea of lane splitting is so the biker can move to the front at red lights and avoid being rear ended. Lane splitting as this guy did is absolutely dangerous and illegal.

Its called entitlement. They think because they want to speed or drive faster or just not be behind someone they can do whatever they want. There is also no consideration of consequence. Many drivers where I live drive and behave exactly like that woman. Then when they hit someone or total their car its "omg my carrrrr how could this be happening?!"
This is why I am not kind to them. And will say what ever i have to to completely ruin their day.

These videos should be renamed "STUPID, CRAZY & ANGRY BIKERS VS PEOPLE". Almost all of these incidents would have never happened if the rider was be responsible and riding defensively. Not like a bunch of clowns racing around in heavy traffic.
I just don't get it. most bikers are so sensitive about their space and their lane(which I understand) but then turn around and squeeze through small gaps in between cars, get in their space in their lane. so you decide the car doesn't need the whole lane and you can squeeze through but if a car decides you don't need the whole lane you lose your shit. that's why I hate lane splitting and filtering

A black SUV (illegally) tries to beat the traffic taking advantage of a lull in the traffic, except for a speeding motorcycle that charges down the road to aggressively prove he has right of way. In heavy traffic it is common to allow cars to make a turn, it helps the traffic flow.
The Suzuki could have gone slowly behind the SUV and continued on his way, but no, he makes an illegal U-turn across double yellow lines cutting in front of oncoming traffic. Fortunately they are going slow and give way to the motorcycle. They could have sped up and harassed him. He then makes a left turn weaving between cars and not yielding as the law requires. The motorcyclist then takes the law into his own hands and attacks the car, driving off without stopping, a hit and run rider.
I’m 76, started riding 60 years ago. I’ve never needed any of this stupid childish crap. I do not agree with this kind of behaviour. It usually indicates a boy with a brain the size of his dick. This kind of riding in Australia could lead to losing your licence and your motorbike. Stop being a wanker. Get a woman ....
