"HONEY" has a cool vibe, I love it. Also "LITTLE BIT OF LOVE" and "TONIGHT" and tbh and I'm surprised too, but I love kinda every track on the album. Its insanely enjoyable to hear from beginning to end. 👌🏻🔥
the more I listen to this album, the more I fall in love with it. it has a mix of everything. something for everyone. fun songs, emotional songs, etc. I love it so much. kesha really outdid herself with this one.
When I first heard Raising Hell I thought "oh no Kesha", but on the album it makes sense and now I love it! I didn't expected this album to hit me so much but it did. Glad to see Kesha feeling good again.
For those who would like one: 1. Tonight: 1:38 2. My Own Dance: 4:36 3. Raising Hell: 6:15 4. High Road: 7:42 5. Shadow: 9:20 6. Honey: 11:11 7. Cowboy Blues: 12:51 8. Resentment: 14:53 9. Little Bit Of Love: 17:27 10. Birthday Suit: 18:50 11. Kinky: 21:25 12. The Potato Song (Cuz I Want To): 23:14 13. BFF: 25:06 14. Father Daughter Dance: 26:38 15. Chasing Thunder: 29:15
This album is a pocket full of diamonds for Kesha stans. Legit everything we wanted. It's funny how so many people don't fully understand the songs or appreciate them fully because they're judging them against today's pop music
This is becoming my favorite Kesha/Ke$ha album and despite Kinky being credited to both the project as whole marries the OG to Rainbow, the demos, Deconstructed, etc. I think this is a very spot on record for tried and trued Animals. A great piece all the way through.
Her Label wouldn't release Rich, White, Straight Men so she just posted it on RUclips.... she obviously liked the style back then (as her fans too). So she made another version to become part of her new album.
This is my favorite record from Kesha because I used to always listen to her unreleased songs & demos on RUclips and liked them a lot more than her mainstream music.
Great album and great video! Birthday Suit is an all timer, The Potato Song is very divisive but I also like it. You should react to her new album, Gag Order. It’s wild and sad and beautiful and maybe her best work.
Nina! You looked like you were having such FUN throughout this reaction/review! So much laughing! This album was amazing. I think Resentment is my favorite track, but I cant even remotely pick a second fav. Loved this!
“Kinky” should of been the lead single because of the feature of Ke$ha would of grabbed massive attention. Not only that but it has the popular 80s disco 🕺 sound Dua Lipa used this year and made popular. Also, Keshas label should of sent “Resentment” to country radio. It reminds me of the 80s/90s country. It is so much better than the “Bro Country” that is being played on country radio. It has meaning, actual instruments & amazing features. It could of been a big hit, charted & possibly been nominated for best duo/group country song at the Grammys. Update: it was submitted by her label for that Grammy category I actually mentioned. Still if they had promoted it right I truly believe it would of been one of that genres massive hits this year! Much Love to you! You are so fun to watch! Xoxo 💋❤️
Thank you very much for your support and the exposure you are providing to #Kesha... Also, I wanted to clear up that she decided to bring up her 2010-2012 persona and her sing-talk style (which is different from Hip-Hop/Rap), as she sees it as liberating singing method and a form of saying I can do it again and without the help of Dr. L*ke.
Love everything you say about music and I'm always glad that we have your channel to watch somebody teaching about music and paying attetion to the songs the way you do. Thank you.. you are amazing!!! (My fav ones are Tonight, Honey, Little Bit Of Love, Birthday Suit and Father Daughter Dance)
So enjoyable watching your reaction of this fantastic album! Thank you so much! Also, Kesha can make such a weird and unexpected kind of music and I think that's what we love her for :)
Big Freedia is no exception. She was born 40 years ago as Freddie Ross. And yes, although Big Freedia is a gay man and not transgender, that female pronoun is deliberate.
"My fans prefer me to be called 'she'," Freedia says from her home in New Orleans East. "It doesn't matter to me either way whether you call me 'he' or 'she'. I’m comfortable being who I am. My pronoun is 'me'."
Great video, as always 🙂 I think it would be interesting if you listened to Nina Nesbitt's latest album (it's fantastic), but that might cause a rip in time and space, Nina reacting to Nina, lol 😅
For anyone expected a more "Rainbow" album again or a more old Ke$ha again? Yes but both in between I think Kesha was just having a fun time and doing amazing with her music cause she do whatever she likes to do... And I'm here for it Honestly I am enjoying and very much smile and laugh at some tracks at this point cause it was so great and fun Kesha can do her vocals very well? Yes. But really, she can also having a good time and fun time, messing around her record like she always was And I know y'all might be disappointed by how this record has play out. Which don't expect or anticipated more or less from Kesha... She's always messing around with music and having a good time with music, so I don't know why y'all kinda feel bother (or not) :) But I do really enjoyed this reaction video Nina Schofield. Great video, keep doing whatcha doing with it (Here's my rating) Kesha - High Road (Album) [2020] Rating: 10/10
Hey! Which track is your favourite? Also why didn’t I get Summer on my download? 😩👀 love you! X

the more I listen to this album, the more I fall in love with it. it has a mix of everything. something for everyone. fun songs, emotional songs, etc. I love it so much. kesha really outdid herself with this one.
On the track kinky the feature is "Ke$ha" with the dollar sign, even though she goes by Kesha now, "ke$ha"'s bit is the 3rd verse/rap part of the song
What I love about this album is that it's an album that only Kesha can make
Alessandro Chavez this!!! she’s so original and you cant imagine someone singing these songs!
It's a fine mixture of Warrior and Rainbow and it's just pure perfection. 🖤
@@visualhatefvck yes! With a lil taste of Animal/Cannibal sprinkled on top. I'm so prepared to be blasting this album till her next one comes out ❤
When I first heard Raising Hell I thought "oh no Kesha", but on the album it makes sense and now I love it! I didn't expected this album to hit me so much but it did. Glad to see Kesha feeling good again.

I feel like Kesha’s Potato song is very similar sounding to Rich, White, Straight Men.
Yep I feel that too! I think since that didn’t go on it I feel like in the sound is so alike
reminds me of Russia
Her Label wouldn't release Rich, White, Straight Men so she just posted it on RUclips.... she obviously liked the style back then (as her fans too). So she made another version to become part of her new album.
Kesha also released “Summer” its a part of High Road but was added in late!
booboo the fool thank god cuz its my favorite
This is my favorite record from Kesha because I used to always listen to her unreleased songs & demos on RUclips and liked them a lot more than her mainstream music.
I so appreciate your love for Birthday Suit! So many don't seem to understand that song, but it's just so much fun to listen to, and so unique! ❤
I love Kesha! She is amazing!! 😁
I like how you are so educated on this topic and are able to explain what's going on in the tracks, production wise and artistry wise.
You’re always so fast! I’ve had mixed initial feelings about this album so far.
Can’t wait for you to hear Dua’s new single too.
Father daughter dance is the best song!!!!
Legendsha’s High Road is a masterpiece!
I love how you break down the instrumentation and everything

Great album and great video! Birthday Suit is an all timer, The Potato Song is very divisive but I also like it. You should react to her new album, Gag Order. It’s wild and sad and beautiful and maybe her best work.
Rainbow, High Road and Gag Order as a Trilogy is a World Class run 🎉

Covid and Folklore took it out. Wish she'd gone out to tour for this one. Maybe a 5 or 10 year celebration for it someday. 🎉
Love u Kesha🌠🌠🌠

Oh, and "Summer" is an official BONUS TRACK for the digital/stream version... The regular album ends on "Chasing Thunder".
Bismark Barraza She also wanted to do something for the fans who didn’t like her Rainbow sound and missed her Ke$ha days (Animal/Cannibal)
Love everything you say about music and I'm always glad that we have your channel to watch somebody teaching about music and paying attetion to the songs the way you do. Thank you.. you are amazing!!! (My fav ones are Tonight, Honey, Little Bit Of Love, Birthday Suit and Father Daughter Dance)

major tom honest mistake
They actually are Non Binary
Big Freedia is no exception. She was born 40 years ago as Freddie Ross. And yes, although Big Freedia is a gay man and not transgender, that female pronoun is deliberate.
This is taken from several sources including Wikipedia.
"My fans prefer me to be called 'she'," Freedia says from her home in New Orleans East. "It doesn't matter to me either way whether you call me 'he' or 'she'. I’m comfortable being who I am. My pronoun is 'me'."

Cowboy Blues melody sounds like her song Animal

Best part of the title track is where she says "now play that drum" and drum noises
