I would like to scale this design to a 33X33 vac table and have the air vac connections out the sides of the vac table. Will have to make it a two layer board.

hello, if you close the air valve and turn off the pump once the vacuum is created will it immediatly release the pressure or will keep the vacuum for some time?
what kind of vaccum pomp do you use for that system ?
Is the base made from 1 inch thick plywood, with black plastic laminate on either side?

Hallo Herr Theiss, darf ich nun in 2020 die grünen Spanner hinterfragen/unsere Sehnsucht in Erinnerung bringen 😀? Sie haben einige - inkl. mir - neugierig gemacht. Die verfügbaren Modelle auf thingiverse etc scheinen ihren nicht das Wasser reichen zu können 😉

What is the material you are making the Pad out of? It looks like a plywood with some type of black layer on top and bottom.
I'm thinking it's plastic laminate (countertop material).

The green table clamps are made by me. Whether I publish the production is not sure yet.

i got it but its like a mesh file ..i thought it would be a solid ..

The Fusio360 file is still OK. Klick on the provided link in the video description and than on the download Icon in the upper right corner. This will download the file "056 BigVacuumPAD.f3d".
I was right now able to upload and open this file in Fusion360.
i cant figure out how to get the fusion 360 file ...any help sir...
Click on the two Fusion 360 links in the video description. Just successfully tested with Chrome.
