I’ve noticed all the agents for fine and country drive very expensive cars. Aston Martin DBX, Lamborghini aventador, rolls Royce ghost convertible. ??? Doesn’t this say one thing, they charge too much to sell your home. We were quoted 2.5% and on a £1 million it’s 25k and lost people charge 1%. Ask yourself where do most of you look for property, yes that’s right, Rightmove. So what extra do they do that other agents don’t.??? Apart from drive round in flash cars 🚗 I know who I’ll be using.

Built on the cheap. Too tired to raise the walls another couple of feet to give decent headroom upstairs. So put everything in the eaves of the house.
