When did you purchase the car? Did you already get the replacement of vaccum pump and that replaced part was also faulty?

1:38 This has always been my nightmare with the new digital displays. Thankfully, the digital display on my Octavia has been absolutely faultless and it’s been going strong for 6 years. Never gave me a problem.

Earlier used Maruti and Toyota car never had any problem for even 7-8 years. But for the first time bought Mahindra XUV700 AX7L, after sale service is worst. After only 10000 KM's, there are noices from different part of vehicle. It's good to purchase Indian made vehicles but there is no after sale service and expert technicians who can resolve the various issues. Planning to sell the same and purchase Toyota Innova.
Guys one thing.. Mahindra's own team always protect their dealers. They'll favour dealers over customers...
With such a hit and miss service quality from Mahindra I'll go for TATA anytime

Many people criticise toyota cars not having much features but I think features are just for excitement of a few days. People should go with reliability like Toyota. With 30 Lakh probably i would always choose hycross

I am using the top model of XUV 700 Disel Automatic..I get an average of around 10 to 11km and on the highway it's 12 to 15km sometimes 16km also..It is very comfortable for long drives as well as in the city area specially when u are stuck in a lot of traffic for more than 1 or 2 hours..I have been using this for more than a year...2nd and 3rd row is also comfortable.. If anyone is planning to buy XUV 700.mentioned is my honest review.. Before I booked XUV I visited Tata, MG, Hyundai, showrooms but I feel XUV is the best 1 and ofcourse Mahendra is a Brand which is famous for engine quality and safety as well..Make it your dream car..❤

Mahindra new engines are more refined than Toyota engines just behind Honda.
Only problem is you might not get the milage like in a Toyota hybrid.

I drove opel astra on highways for 20 years overall 2.5L KM and forget about 5*, that car not even had a single airbag.... safety is in drivers hand and not in 5* . 5* comes with 65KMPH. if you test the same 5* car with 100KMPL even that will score a zero. 5 young people died in audi on the spot . If stars are saving the life then those 5 should have been alive now...Now you might say even if you drive safe what if other cars hit...Agar apne maathe ka star kharaab hai tho paidal jaathe huwe bus ka loose tyre bhi aake maar saktha hai 😂

Thanks for sharing this video. I just cancelled my decision to buy this car. Mahindra pay compensation to this customer and treat him well. Mahindra should fix all these problems in the upcoming cars, most importantly the quality of their service and car handling.

I rejected XUV 700 AX7 AT on my delivery date and bought Toyota Innova Hycross Hybrid 7 seater. Its one of the best decisions I made recently. Mahindra aftersales will make you cry!

Innova crysta is still better than Hycross. But ok you made a good choice. You played safe by not buying Mahindra whose service reputation isn’t so good.
That's the only problem with them.
They've thought the XUV 700 won't sell like hotcakes and didn't build the necessary service centres and aaftersales support infrastructure now other than having a 2 year waiting period they have no other way 😂.
But the engine build by Mahindra is outstanding never thought an Indian manufacturer can outclass Toyota in engine department.
They are second only to Honda.
You should have bought Maruti Invicto as Toyota overcharges & everything which Maruti doesn't and you can service and repair your car from else where. Plus they have small size wheeler which are better for shock absorption.

I was in delima between mg hector and xuv 700, now shifting towards MG hector their after sales services are unmatched.
You should have given a new car, such defective piece needs replacement.
I never had any major issue with my XUV700ATAXL.. SW upgrade fixed all infotainment system..
Mahendra changed the vaccum pump, engine wiring conseal was changed by them as a precaution even tough i never had issue with them
