Tip: Do not use lysol or febreeze on the inside of a head, especially a foam base. The foam absorbs the chemicals and after enough spraydowns your head will become a biohazard. When you sweat, the chemicals can be brought back to the surface and can do physical damage. I learned this the hard way and had to give my first head an early retirement because putting him on will make you sick, or give you an extreme headache. He permanently smells of lysol and febreeze. I recommend using an isopropyl alcohol-water solution to spray down your suit between washes. It works for everything, disinfects well, evaporates quickly, and no latent chemicals get left behind to do damage ^^
I just finished watching Part 3 an hour ago. EDITS- 6:13 P.M.: *finishes video 23 minutes later* The *only* thing that I knew about were fursuit sandals. 6:13 P.M. - 6:15 P.M.: I'm so glad that I decided to watch every part of this "boot camp". I can't wait to see how it ends. 🤓
Question. There are makers who sew or glue the balaclava to the inside of the head, which I don't understand tbh because you can't clean the balaclava. I was gonna make it like pop clip things but I dunno if glueing them to the foam would work. I also thought of velcro. Why do makers sew or glue in the balaclava?
From what I know, the makers actually make the shoe a part of the suit. They will hot glue/duct tape the foam onto the shoe, and then put the fur over that. You just put your foot in the shoe, since the shoe is a part of the feet of the suit. It looks like his feet are slippers, judging from the bottom of them.
During his dance performance at Rainfurrest 2015 (i think thats what it is) he did a flip and then failed, but he seemed like he was fine during that video after the flip.
I would recommend not. Full fursuits are very expensive, and you would outgrow it quickly. If you make bodysuits, go on ahead! If you start to outgrow it, you could make another. It would be a lot of work, but less expensive than buying a thousand dollar animal costume ever year.

About how long is a canine muzzle on the heads? Sorry, just a random question.
+Emily Andrews I dunno if you've already found out the answer since you've posted the question, but I've heard of muzzles going to 6"
+PsychadelicFeline I'm already done with the foam base, might make a review video of the character
I would like to see the ridiculousness footage of his accident.
***** I know i just wanted to see if he actually made it on ridiculousness.
+Zackary Spradling it was a joke. I'm sure it was both horrific and adorable at the same time.

Kaitlyn Biada so you send a box with your shoe and the DTD then they make it off of that?
+NIGHTMARE 02 I believe so, but I'm not entirely sure.
Is there footage of him hurting himself?
+Hikaru4♤8 for his sake I hope not.
I think this is the one, it's called Hogwash 2014 Dance competition
