For Ryan Reynolds their contract ended with poor reception of green lantern. Also Deadpool film rights are owned by Fox not by Marvel and he directly comes under X-Men universe which is still not yet included in MCU. You mentioning William Dafoe is funny thing yeah. Tobey Maguire Spiderman is a Pre-Mcu movie with rights fully owned by Sony and not by Marvel anyone who has starred in any Pre MCU movies or Pre DCEU movies has got chance to work in both franchises.
It isn't going to be, Feige confirmed it, but it doesn't mean it won't be good. The film is being made thanks to Ali's interest and he has been very involved in development, also he said he wanted it to be dark. I cautious since you never know with Marvel, but you don't need to be Worried
