@Taye Segun John Canada has an official policy of multi-culturalism, which means it's acceptable to be Chinese-Canadian, both Chinese and Canadian. It's a bit different than the United States where it's a melting pot. Basically in Canada it's OK to keep a distinct culture and be Canadian as well. Half the conversations in Canada are talking about people's family backgrounds - even long time Canadians, many still identify as British Canadian, Scottish, Irish, etc. when you ask them about their history.

@torress1235 I do agree with your Iron Man statement(I hope that's how you right, sorry, English not my native language : D), but I believe we should give it a shot, Shang can currently make clones of himself, and he trained so much that he can stop bullets, the comics are also pretty fun, he's much more than male Black Widow, they are far different characters, and each of them is special in their own particular way, and sorry to say that but your affirmation about the fact that the movie is gonna be like just another Martial arts, is the same as saying every romance is equal, so as every drama, horror, action, animation and the list goes on, and on, with good writing, directing, and casting, everything is possible, and I think that Kevin (don't know how to write his last name :P ) and the MCU have proved they are able to arrange those 3 thing quite easily

I love Kim's Convenience. He is so great and has charisma in the show. I believe he will do awesome. If you haven't seen this cute little show hit it up on Netflix.
Fast forward 2.5 years later and we couldn't be any happier than we are now that this film has not only crushed box office records, but also made a tangible impact on generations of Asians, Americans, both, and even immigrants. It truly is a milestone moment and can't wait to see how the Marvel Universe continues to develop and thrive now with an Asian superhero in the mix

I’m not East Asian but I still can’t contain the pride I’m feeling at seeing an entirely Asian cast leading an MCU movie. This is like a dream come true. Marvel never disappoints ♥️
One thing I like is that MCU isn't just casting the huge Big Hollywood actors like RDJ and Angelina Jolie etc, but also bringing in lots of brand new faces and making HUGE stars out of way lesser-known actors that finally get the chance to shine as well. Its the best of both worlds imo
RDJ wasn't a Big Hollywood actor when he was casted for Iron Man. He was paid $500k for the movie, while the original Rhodey was paid $4m in the same film.

But I'm fairly sure it wasn't just made up? If I'm wrong I apologize. My point was. I would just prefer the use of an authentic local dialect for all foreign nationalized films. Once again I may have been wrong here & I apologize.

He's on a Canadian Sit-Com that's pretty popular up here - Kim's Convenience. It's basically a sitcom about Korean Corner Store in Toronto on the CBC (national broadcaster). In the US, I think you can watch it on Netflix.

Combine that with his bullettime reaction speed and it basically acts as a spidersense for him. Only reason I say it's better than spidersense is that while Spider-Man's only activates when danger threatens, Daredevil's radar sense is always active.
Not familiar with him but I instantly like that guy. Right now, this is the Phase four film that I'm most anticipating about because I have no idea who or what Shang-Chi is so I'm intrigued by it. And kinda funny that it seems a lot of Americans are more excited about Awkwafina is in this movie when the REAL big news is that Tony Leung (!!) showing up as The Mandarin.
Shang Chi was known as the best comicbook series ever produced by marvel, for almost 2 decades... And for a very good reasson. If the movie is anything, ANYTHING like the comics, you can´t imagine the amount of awesomeness we´re about to see.

Hopefully this leads to the much-deserved surge in people checking out Kim's Convenience on Netflix - criminally underrated little show that could. He's fantastic in it, as are the whole cast.
Can't believe it has been two years since they had announced Shang Chi and the Legend of The Ten Rings and it really came a long way ever since. Having watched the film, I really enjoyed it and now a sequel for Shang Chi has been green-lit by Marvel Studios.

@@avengerdannyrand8742 Dude has held his own against the likes of Spider-Man, Namor and Venom. Not only is he incredibly strong and agile, his radar sense is basically a better version of Spider-Man's Spider-Sense. He's far from weak.
@@user-bq7qb4ug6e Nope. His radar sense is not better than Spider sense. Spider Sense can sense a threat when it is there, in that place. Just like when Black Order arrived on Earth. His radar sense is just to make up for his lost of eyesight but better. That's all.
@@merengsanjana7981 His radar sense doesn't just make up for his lost of eyesight, it continuously scans the entire area around him. If someone or something is approaching him, he'll know. Combine that with his bullettime reaction speed and it basically acts as a spidersense for him. Only reason I say it's better than spidersense is that while Spider-Man's only activates when danger threatens, Daredevil's radar sense is always active.

Not familiar with him but I instantly like that guy. Right now, this is the Phase four film that I'm most anticipating about because I have no idea who or what Shang-Chi is so I'm intrigued by it. And kinda funny that it seems a lot of Americans are more excited about Awkwafina is in this movie when the REAL big news is that Tony Leung (!!) showing up as The Mandarin.

Shang Chi was known as the best comicbook series ever produced by marvel, for almost 2 decades... And for a very good reasson. If the movie is anything, ANYTHING like the comics, you can´t imagine the amount of awesomeness we´re about to see.
@Random Guy The first run is pretty cool, classic adventure storytelling, but if you get to volume 2 is when things get AMAZING... When Moench´s script gets more complex, and also when the artists start to draw a Shang Chi who looks just like Bruce Lee xDxD
Hopefully this leads to the much-deserved surge in people checking out Kim's Convenience on Netflix - criminally underrated little show that could. He's fantastic in it, as are the whole cast.

Kevin feige is a brilliant man, he is heaven sent for marvel superheroes fan out there. He didnt white wash shang chi movie and its cast nor thr black panther. He makes sure the casts are perfect for every movie. Good to see a full asian cast for this movie, im excited!
